Trance Foundations Vol 2 for Arturia JUP-8000V DLC Expansion DEMO Jun 09, 2025

Show notes

I have been truly ADDICTED to this synth since its release. Now Volume 2 is complete with your inspirations and requests. Volume 2 embodies the concept of EVOLUTION. This means that, in true Jurassic Park style, I have been splicing DNA // The DNA of our beloved JP section of the synth, with the modern DNA given to us by Arturia. This results in some things happening that the old hardware can actually NOT do, but retains the sounds and texture we adore. I am now trying to get in better contact with the Arturia team to guide some of the updates, on how I can make suggestions to make this THE SYNTH. It has a few achilles heels BUT none that the JP didn't have in the first place. Now FULLY Expanded with the DLC full of sounds YOU requested. This pack now weighs in at over 120 presets. So many truly timeless sounds in this pack. Happy music-making! NOTE: If you have modified presets from the Early Bird Pack, make sure to BACK UP the pack/presets before importing this expanded set. It WILL overwrite.

Some of the highlighted sounds from the Trance Foundations Vol 2 Soundset for the Arturia Jup-8000V Volume 2 embodies the concept of EVOLUTION. This means, that in true Jurassic Park style, I have been splicing DNA // The DNA of our beloved JP section of the synth, with the modern DNA given to us by Arturia. This results in some things happening that the old hardware can actually NOT do, but retains the sounds and texture we adore. I am now trying to get in better contact with the Arturia team to guide some of the updates, on how I can make suggestions to make this THE SYNTH. It is out now and available at: https://bit.ly/tyas-tf2 80+ sounds are in the Early Bird Pack this time, which probably means the full pack with the DLC is going to be even more massive than Volume 1. No MIDIs are released with the pack as it is actually illegal (and I think a lil disrespectful) to send them when they mostly arent my melodies and are purely here to show the sounds off. Having said that there are a few trance midi sites on the web. (Google is your friend)

Show notes

I've had off long enough from doing shows. And though I am not yet going to decide if I am re-starting any weekly radio show, here is almost 4.5 hours straight of old and new music... MOST of it from my back catalog, some of which i haven't played in over a DECADE. This really took me back, Enjoy! Tracklist is up to you! Though maybe I'lll work up the willpower to type it up this week 53 tracks in total

Sean Tyas - Live On VII Stage At Unkonscious 2020 - Phuket, Thailand Feb 19, 2020

Show notes

Great experience yet again for the rapidly growing Unkonscious festival in Phuket (it's only 3 years old!) Despite a couple bass weirdnesses that occured I guess off the mixer, I've got the mix in full here for you to enjoy, without any speaking over the mix. Have fun.
