The ultra-low frequency was heard by listening stations, including those of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration also known as the (NOAA), despite the fact that they were set as far apart as 5,000 km from one another. #2 Bever Brothers It was July 22, 2015, the Bever family from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma just got back home for dinner after spending the day bowling. Jeanette Depalma It was a bright summer day in September of 1972 when, Jeanette Depalma’s body was found. The small town of Springfield, New Jersey was still reeling from the John List murders that occurred just 10 months prior – they weren’t sure how to react with another dead body showing up on their door step. Jeanette was 16 years old and had told her mother she was heading to the train station to go visit a friend. However, when she never made it to the friends house or returned home later in the evening, her parents grew concerned and reported her missing. 4. Angela Sanford52 year old Joel Leyva first met Angela Sanford at a casino in March of 2010. It was here that the then-30-year-old Sanford invited him to the Sandia Foothills Open Space trailhead in Albuquerque, New Mexico to help her celebrate, Beltane, the Wiccan celebration of Spring. Once at the trailhead, Sanford said Joel made some sexual advances which she rejected. He then attacked her and tied her up with her rope belt and threatened her with a dagger. She said she convinced him that she did want to have sex with him, and so he utlimately freed her. Once untied, she then asked him to lie down, took the knife away from him and stabbed him “three times” in the abdomen before running away to seek help. The group of witnesses said Sanford ran to them in her underwear saying she was raped and asking for help. However, none of them had heard of anyone yelling for help prior to her arrival. 3. Adolfo ConstanzoIn the spring of 1989, students looking to celebrate spring break headed to Matamoros in Mexico. An easy drive from Brownsville, Texas, it’s become a favorite for college students looking to enjoy all-night parties, alcohol, drugs and more. But Matamoros, despite being “spring-break friendly” had something else disturbing going on at the time. since New Year’s Day of that year, close to 60 people had been reported missing. One student that likely didn’t know or care of the high crime rate was pre-med student, Mark Kilroy. He crossed into the border town with friends to enjoy the break but was separated from them one night while partying. Close to dawn, when the group headed back, they had lost sight of Kilroy. 2. Donald Wayne HartungJuly 31st, 2015, was the night of a blue moon, something that happens once every three years. For the Hartung and Smith families it was supposed to be routine a routing weekend. Donald Wayne Hartung went to his 77 year old mother’s house in Pensacola, Florida to cook dinner. His half brothers, John and Richard Smith were also there. However soon, all three would be dead. 1. Clara SchwartzFantasy and role-playing games seem harmless to most people, but for Clara Schwartz and her father, Robert, thier pretend time, turned deadly. On December 8. 2001, Robert - a prominent scientist who was an expert on DNA sequencing - was found stabbed with a 27-inch sword while he sat down for dinner in their remote Leesburg, Virginia farmhouse.Support the show

Get ready for scary mysteries Twisted Two's.#1 Juan Vallejo Corona In the spring of 1971, a peach orchard farm in Yuba County, California became the site of a gruesome discovery – it was the hiding spot for 25 dead bodies.Mexico-born, Juan Vallejo Corona, first crossed the border to the United States when he was 16-years old and he started work on a farm in Imperial Valley – picking carrots and melons. Afterwards, he moved to Sacramento Valley then to Yuba City at the suggestion of his half-brother, Natividad Corona, who had a restraraunt business there. Corona then married his first wife in October of 1953 and established himself as a local ranch worker, things were going well. #2 Crop CirclesFirst coined in the 1980s, the term “crop circle” points to mysterious circle patterns resulting from flattened field crops. The Majority of crop circles are found in the United Kingdom but several others have shown up all over the world. There are two schools of thought regarding these mysterious patterns. One is that they’re nothing but pure hoax, done by people and even artists who want to make a statement. Then there’s the other school believing that these crop circles are genuinely alien, some sort of map or message that they’re trying to communicate.Support the show

Gennady MikhasevichRussian, Gennady Mikhasevich, isn’t your typical serial killer because for much of his life, he was relatively normal. Gennady was born in Vitebsk, Polotsk, close to Byelorussia SSR in 1947. On May 14, 1971, Gennady came back from military service to find out his girlfriend had left him, and worse, married somebody else. After the breakup, he contemplated suicide, even taking a piece of noose with him. While on the road to his parents’ house, Gennady came across a young woman. To vent his anger, he killed the young girl by strangling her. Afterwards, he killed another girl by October and two other women in 1972.In 1973, Gennady graduated from technical school and started work. Three years later, he married and had two children. Meanwhile, the murders went on. Gennady found a job in a machine repair service and his outward appearance was that of a family man and serious worker. 3. Dean Corll Known as The Candy Man or the Pied Piper, Corll earned his nickname since he would often give children free candy. His family ran a candy store in Houston, Texas but when the business closed, Corll trained to become an electrician. Soon, he ended up making friends with young male teens instead of guys his age. One of the first he befriended was then 12-year old, David Owen Brooks. Brooks became a constant companion to Corll seeing him as a father figure. By 1969, a sexual relationship developed between the two at the urging of Corll. He would give Brooks gifts and money in exchange. By 1970, Dean Corll killed his first known victim. 2. William BoninIn a span of a year, from August 1979 to June 1980, William Bonin haunted the freeways of Los Angeles and Orange County, California. Worse, while Bonin was vicious on his own, he also had three other accomplices who actively participated in his killings.Born Willian George Bonin on January 8, 1947, the twice paroled sex offender grew up in a dysfunctional family. Both his parents were alcoholics who left him and his two brothers in the care of their grandfather – a convicted child molester. By 1961, the family moved to California. It was in this new home in Angell Street, Downey that Bonin would molest his younger brother as well as various neighborhood kids – luring them with alcohol. After finishing high school, he got engaged and joined the Air Force. 1. Paul John KnowlesGiven up to foster homes and reformatories at a young age by his father, Paul John Knowles grew up in a dysfunctional environment. By the time he was 19 in early 1974, he was incarcerated for petty crime and it was here he began correspondence with a San Francisco divorcee named, Angela Covic. During a prison visit, Knowles proposed to Angela and she agreed. She then hired him a legal counsel and became instrumental in getting Knowles out of prison. Afterwards, Knowles flew to California to live with her. However, a psychic told Angela “a dangerous man” was going to enter her life so she ended the relationship with him and cancelled the wedding. Yukai Yang For Juwan Royal, his friendship with his roommate, Chinese student and chemistry major, Yukai Kang, was cordial. The two had been sharing a dorm at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania for four years and no serious incident of violence or arguments had ever happened between the two. Sure, they weren’t the best of friends but they were amicable and pleasant to each other. 4. Carla StefaniakIt was a week-long birthday celebration for Carla Stefaniak. She and her sister-in-law, April Burton, spent the first few days in Costa Rica, surfing, soaking in hot springs and gorging on fresh fruit from roadside stands. However, Burton had to fly back a day earlier for work, leaving Stefaniak to spend her last day in Costa Rica all alone.3. Tiny Aliens Discovered in Chile’s Atacama Desert in 2003, a 6-inch long skeleton, nicknamed “Ata,” baffled scientists and archeologists. Nothing similar to it had been found ever before or since. The skeleton featured an elongated skull. What’s more, even though it’s the size of a fetus, the bones are so developed it resembled that of a 6-year old child. 2. Kevin Cooper Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kevin Cooper was placed in an orphanage at just 2 months old. He was adopted at 6 months by Melvin and Esther Cooper but as a child, he was physically abused and became a runaway multiple times. Cooper eventually led a life of crime, building himself an extensive criminal record, which included rape and burglary. When he moved to California, he was convicted of two burglaries and served a 4-year sentence under the alias, David Trautman. 1. Elwyn Crocker Sr.Acting on a tip, Georgia police officers searched the Guyton, Georgia home of 50-year old, Elwyn Crocker. Their goal was to do a welfare check since one of his children, Mary Crocker hadn’t been seen for several months. However, the search ended in the arrest of the former Walmart Santa and his family after police uncovered the remains of his two children buried in his backyard.Support the show

Jenelle PotterIn a small town in Eastern Tennessee, Jenelle Potter was a sweet but naïve girl who lead a sheltered life thanks to her overprotective parents. However underneath that childlike, “innocent” exterior, lay a calculated and manipulating woman. Victims, Billie Jean Hayworth and Billy Payne were at home on January 31, 2012 when they were mercilessly killed. Billy was shot in the head and his throat had been slashed. His partner, Billie Jean was killed with her infant child still in her arms, the child was left unharmed. But the reason for the killings were a little more baffling. Jenelle and Billy were once good friends. Billy’s sister Tracy took pity on the loner Jenelle and introduced her to Billy whi in turn introduced Jenelle to Jamie Curd, his cousin. Jenelle and Jamie ended up dating, but then things began to get strange. 4. Chris Dean To everyone he spoke with, Chris Marquis was a grown man with a wife and kids. He operated a buy and sell shop online from his Fair Haven, Vermont home selling CB radio equipment to enthusiasts. The problem was that Chris Marquis was only a 17-year old kid living with his mom and worse, he was defrauding customers by taking their money and not holding up his side of the deal.It was in one transaction police believe he encountered 35-year old trucker, Chris Dean from Pierceton, Indiana. The burly 6-foot tall driver is described by people who knew him as good humored and helpful. 3. J.R. RobinsonJohn “J.R.” Robinson was known around his Kansas City, Missouri neighborhood as a personable man with a “winning smile.” He was a doting father who made it a point to attend his children’s soccer game and band activities. He was a successful businessman too, always talking about new ventures and even helped found a nearby Presbyterian Church. But behind the all-American façade was a sinister man that got off on BDSM, torture, kidnapping and murder.2. Christian GrotheerChristian Grotheer of Germany spent hours and hours online. Using the nicknames “Rosenboy0207” and “Riddick300,” he perpetually flirted and chatted with women, charming them with love poems and pictures. For him, the Internet was a fantastic way to meet people. It made it easy to strike up a conversation and he said that almost everyone in the conversation were looking for “sexual contact.” Christian admits he built up to 300 contacts and have met more than 100 women in person. This was his life – his family, But eventually he went too far. 1. Phillip MarkoffPhillip Markoff led a mysterious double life. In one, he was a successful medical student studying at the Boston School of Medicine and engaged to his college sweetheart, Megan McAllister. But in the other, he also frequented casinos, gaining a considerable debt of over $130,000. So there were 5 ONLINE ENCOUNTERS THAT TURNED DEADLYDeath by social media is a scary thought. He worked the night shift at a facility close to the shores of Kumburgaz and this gave him a good vantage point over of the ocean and sky. When he noticed an object hovering above the water on several mornings, he took notice and soon brought a camera to record it. #2 The Teenage TerrorsYoung killers are always shocking to hear about especially when they’re so relentless and brutal. The Breakthrough Starshot Project Man’s curiosity knows no bounds and in the world of science and technology, often curiosity intersects in a way that could possibly bring even the most outlandish of dreams into reality. One of the top scientific thinkers of today, Stephen Hawking, together with Facebook owner, Mark Zuckerberg and Russian tycoon, Yuri Milner have teamed up to create a unique project involving tiny rockets and finding alien life. Dubbed as the Breakthrough Starshot Project, its been deemed a philanthropic initiative. Its main goal is to discover alien life in the far universe as well as to explore deep space regions in search of planets that could potentially sustain life. 3. The Sara Seager EquationFrank Drake calculated the possibility of finding intelligent alien life in the far-flung universe in 1961. It’s called The Drake Equation and it was created to estimate the number of civilizations that might exist throughout the known universe. While Drake focused on finding alien life with radio technology, more recently a parallel equation was created by astronomer and planetary scientist, Sara Seager. Her equation focuses on determining the possibility of alien life that can be detected from Earth. 2. Elon Musk & SPACE XzWith the most recent launch of the Falcon Heavy Rocket, the heaviest and most powerful in the world right now, it’s no surprise Elon Musk is slowly on his way to bringing space, particularly Mars, closer to humanity. For years, he has spoken about his intentions to bring people to Mars and eventually create a space colony on the red planet. But how does he intend to do this? And above all, is it even possible? Musk has already made headway with his recent rocket launches. Space X has grown from a startup company to the most premiere privately-owned space company in the world. And more recently, they’ve proven they can launch rockets capable of carrying a huge payload which is paving the way for humans to eventually travel in them too. The 23-story Falcon Heavy launch was essentially a test flight for other future rockets of the same caliber. Inside it was Musk’s cherry red Tesla Roadster with a mannequin donning a spacesuit. According to Musk, he hopes the rocket and other improved versions will eventually be used to shuttle humans through space. 1. Government Has Already Made ContactWhen it comes to talk of alien existence, it’s hard not to mention the government.
