    Practicing good personal safety habits is a great way of reducing your chances of becoming a victim of a crime and people ask police officers for advice about how they can keep themselves safe all the time. In this episode, Jose and Michele are talking to Corporal Ana Munoz, one of SBPD's defensive tactics instructors, about personal safety. They'll talk about some of the habits officers learn and practice both on and off duty to keep themselves safe and share some advice on what you can do to keep yourself safe as well.
