Spiritual Values for a Purposeful Life Oct 11, 2019
    Show notes

Even if you aren't fully conscious of your own values you're still either governed in part by them, or are neglecting them and governed by someone else's values you've taken on.

When it comes to living a conscious life and walking a spiritual path with integrity, honesty, humility and selflessness we need to not only be aware of spiritual values, but work at aligning ourselves with them. Embodying them. Living them as our Truth.

Like a commitment to your highest self, to all fellow humanity and to Source (however you call that; God, Divinity, All That Is etc.). It is in this simple yet profoundly deep, dynamic and life changing commitment that you can truly find your purpose in the world. Knowing that no matter what life may place before you, you have your spiritual values like a north star shining on the darkest of nights, lighting your path toward the dawn of new day.

    Stella Excerpt

"To embrace this spiritual value – of Justice – we must develop a sense of values and the power to use our analytical mind especially. This includes using our mind and values to fairly balance the feminine and masculine of the world, particularly with gender equality and, also our treatment of what we call Mother Earth. The physical manifestation of the feminine principle."

    Takeaway Gem

"If we are open minded and open hearted enough to expand our truth and all our values to be ones of spiritual nature we will connect, we will delve into self-realisation, we will better 'know thyself'. All the better to live a conscious life that serves the many, so together we can rise as one."

Change: The Fear & The Beauty Sep 25, 2019
    Show notes

We all relate to change differently. Some of us embrace it, thrive on it, seek it almost like the fix of a drug, or as we like to mix things up and keep ourselves on our toes. Leaning into the precipice of life and challenging our capacity and capabilities. On the other end of this spectrum are those of us who fear change. Who like things how we like them and if we could stay the same forever in our little changeless bubble we'd love it…somewhat.

So why do some of us struggle with change, big or small? Like the end of a relationship, accepting we can't be with someone. Even if it is our choice, or it is theirs. That a job has ended or our entire career is over and we now face a new chapter of life. That we have to leave a place we love and move elsewhere… Then there is change in health, or the experience of a loved one dying or life with a new baby.

What is clear when we look at change and how we experience it is that if we aren't on or closer to the embracing end of the spectrum, we're likely creating fear instead. And this brings with it many challenges.

Let's look at fear when change is in the air. Then beauty, of when we shift from fear to a state of acceptance and, even joy or enthusiasm.

    Stella Excerpt

"As I explain to my clients with each of their unique journey's and experiences of change, the tricky thing is we are here to change and thus evolve; physically, emotionally, mentally, and essentially spiritually. From our bodies capabilities at infancy to full development at adulthood. From our ability to express, then explore emotions, right up to self-regulating our emotions. To our mind learning, growing and expanding. Our way of life changes; where we live, how we live, the relationships we have, the food we like, the clothes we wear, how we spend our days and spare time, what we read, watch, and listen to or how we read, watch and listen to content, what we value even, likely will all change over time too."

    Takeaway Gem

"Each life phase brings its own changes. You can experience this as disruption, pain and fear or, bring your mind and heart, skills and innate abilities to play and flow with this ever-evolving consciousness of life."

Shining a Light on Suicide: Prevention, Support & Grief Sep 11, 2019
    Show notes

This episode explores how to offer support in regards to suicide prevention. Including signs to look for if someone you know may be suicidal. How self-care while supporting those in need is also important and finally, the journey of emotions and grieving for those of us navigating life after someone we know or love suicides.

I've felt compelled to share this topic as a friend and, as practitioner who has helped clients navigate grief and loss. And, also as someone who has experienced the grief of a loved one's suicide and the after effects of that in the family and daily life. I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the power of prevention, the power of a conversation, the power of listening and lending a hand, along with the power of self care, professional support and loving kindness.

A little conversation can make a big difference:

    • Adjustments and life after – from darkness to new light

    Stella Excerpt

Shining the Light on how we can better love and support those we care about today and every day is something we can become more aware of and ideally proactive with. This includes supporting those struggling with life challenges, be them mental or otherwise, and also those who are in positions of care or support roles.

    Takeaway Gem

A gift of grief is that it makes us tender to the suffering of others. We can become more empathetic, compassionate, kind and loving. We can also become more aware, open, conscious. Even motivated to a point where you may be inspired to be an advocate, speaking up and broadening your supportive roles to ensure suicide prevention, mental health and support at all stages of related crisis are spoken of and better understood. All the better we as a collective, as a humanity, can help each other in times of darkness and challenge. For we are all in this together.

Healing the Psyche & Emotions from Sexual Trauma Sep 01, 2019
    Show notes

**PLEASE NOTE THIS PODCAST MENTIONS SEXUAL TRAUMA – there is no graphic description or story, but the reference alone, though for healing intention, may not resonate with you at this time. Honour your truth**

Healing from any trauma is a journey. Like any journey there is more than one path you can take. You need to explore what is right for you, for where you are right now. I've been wanting to speak on this topic for some time. In part, as professionally in Sacred Guidance sessions I work to guide, support and help people heal from sexual abuse – in all different forms. While this is often women who come to me, there are men too. There are also those seeking guidance for loved ones who they are trying to support, as even if you have not experienced sexual trauma in some capacity, you likely know someone who has. Another other reason is some people aren't aware there is opportunity to truly heal, even long after the trauma and I want to ensure, that as many people as possible know, that likely indeed complete healing is possible. Finally, I share this as a woman who has been sexually abused in different ways as a child, a teenager and into my mid-twenties. And I see myself as a living testament to complete healing of the psyche and emotions and turning what could be held trauma into truth, love-wisdom and ultimate beauty.

    Together, We Also Explore

    • Sexual trauma looks different & is experienced differently
    • What is sexual trauma?
    • How do we shift from trauma to healing?
    • Duality of sex, relationships & life
    • How do we overcome trauma?

    • -Process and Release by feeling it at the same time
    • -Awareness ~ habits, patterns, addictions & coping mechanism
    • -Emotionally ~ draining the emotion / astral component of memories
    • -Mental state or Psychologically ~ a shift in perception
    • Practical ways to start;
    • -Felt, grieved, released
    • -Building new experiences
    • -ALL is healing
    • -Seeking professional guidance
    • -Healing can NEVER be disempowering
    • Light is all around you

    Stella Excerpt

"To put it simply, pain can be drained of its emotional connection or what we call 'the astral' component. This means a memory may remain but the emotion we have attached to it can be let go of. We cannot always eradicate memories, but we can let the emotion we connected with them drain away. Which in turn drains away the power the memory has over us as it can't affect our emotional state in the present anymore."

    Takeaway Gem

"With a shift in perception how you relate to life, relationships and your sex life can be healed. As you can then realise and truly understand that you are more than the that experience/experiences."

Breaking Up with Toxic Relationships Aug 15, 2019
    Show notes

You may not always want to admit it, but you are likely aware if you have been in a toxic relationship at some point along the way. Be that with a romantic partner, a friend, family member or colleague. Perhaps, you're in one now.

There are all different ways relationships can be toxic; be them physically / sexually, emotionally, verbally, mentally or spiritually toxic. Often, one area affects another.

It is not only important to be able to acknowledge if you are experiencing or in a toxic relationship of any kind. But equally important to be aware if you have a pattern of choosing or attracting these kinds of relationships. And/or if you are choosing to stay in a toxic relationship. If you are experiencing a toxic relationship, then knowing how to get the help and guidance you need, to take the right action toward the outcome of the greatest good is also essential. I'm here to guide you through this today.

    Together, We Also Explore

    • Toxic relationships all look different

    Scenario's for different relationships;

    • If this is a romantic relationship
    • If it is someone in your family
    • If it is a friendship
    • If it is a colleague or work relationship

    Then...

    • Reaching the painful & beautiful point of Truth
    • Seeking further Guidance

    Stella Excerpt

    "You might want to take a moment here to ask yourself;

Am I in a toxic relationship?

If so, what part or how is it toxic for me?

Is this a pattern of mine or is this a first encounter?

Do I need guidance, help or support?

In order to help yourself first and foremost you need to be honest and truthful. Taking a good look at the relationship or relationships you are in and seeing how you are with them. Is there work that can be done? Are you the one trying to make it happen or make it work? Is it time you both sought help? Or is your highest, conscious-self telling you that you need to make a decision, a change or leave."

    Takeaway Gem

"For there to be change in a relationship, either both of you choose to commit to change and continue to work on the relationship, or you change. As you cannot make anyone change who doesn't want to or can't."

If you are in a toxic relationship of any nature, please know there is guidance, help and support available wherever you are. You are welcome to reach out to me elise@stellamuse.com or find the right, trusted, professional support for you.

If you are in danger or harm please also know you do not have to navigate this alone. Reach out, even to a trusted loved one to help you and seek the support you need.

Disillusionment with Life: from Illusion to Rebirth Aug 01, 2019
    Show notes

When the high becomes a low or it's no longer worth it anymore; relationships – sexual, platonic, familiar, professional, work/career, the dreams you had, the goals you've strived to make. When something comes to an end and those emotions you were feeling, the neurotransmitters with their release of dopamine, or those endorphins that elevated you, have dropped. The excitement, love, happiness, elation is nowhere to be seen. Done. Dusted. Packed their bags and left. Is this psychological or spiritual crisis? It can be both. But the letdown of disillusionment does not have to become your new way of life. There is opportunity to shift from illusion through disillusionment to rebirth. I want to share with you how.

      • Know and Trust
    • Light the Way
    • "Know, Express, Reveal, Destroy and Resurrect"

    Stella Excerpt

"…to be disillusioned you must have had an illusion, a glamour or, Maya as it is esoterically called. A misconception of reality like a fog that you were looking through or a veil, and you believed or thought that what was on the other side was something it wasn't. You and everyone else who has ever walked this earth has done the same. Our own misconception leads to our own suffering. The beauty is that it is also an opportunity to self-correct through realisation of greater truth."

    Takeaway Gem

"Navigating the trek from illusion to disillusion then to greater awareness and higher consciousness is like a journey of uphill mountains and down into valleys. Until you find a new pattern of being (thinking new thoughts, feeling all emotions without gripping, wallowing or holding on, and choosing wiser, conscious ways of doing and being). You learn to flow and eventually find greater truth and thus a new rhythm of living. A rhythm of inner harmony and Oneness."

May you embrace each shattering and revealing of the beliefs, realities, glamours, illusions and Maya that you hold. Instead come to see them as luminous, golden opportunities for more light, love, truth, wisdom and beauty to take their place in your remarkable, ever evolving experience of life.

Money ~ Crystallised Energy Made Divine Jul 18, 2019
    Show notes

From the highest perspective, the spiritual and esoteric perspective, money is crystallised energy. It is essentially love and, it is divine. But you wouldn't think that looking at us and the world we have shaped with money. How did we end up here? It's been said humanity's trouble is a result of taking and not giving, accepting and not sharing, grasping and not distributing. As a humanity, we have broken universal law in how we have taken, gripped onto and used money. Our role today as conscious citizens, as world servers of this new age, is to change that. Like any change, in order to make it happen we need to be informed to make right choices. Conscious choices. So today let's all dive into Money (metaphorically speaking).

"It may seem hard to believe that you or I as individuals can make any difference, but that's just it. We can. Just look at every right movement that has paved the way and shown us when people unite with good intention, heart and the will of their minds shifts happen, change happens."

    Takeaway Gem

"We are told that 'Need, love and magnetic power are the three things which – consciously or unconsciously – attract money. But they must all manifest at once.'"

I'm sure, just like me, you're ready for change. For a world where there is no fear of not enough to survive but instead, a world where there is plenty rightly shared amongst us all. I've made my choice to support this, the choice now is yours.

Spiritual Development ~ The Life Changing Relationship with Self, Teacher & Source Jun 25, 2019
    Show notes

Self-development in the pursuit for personal growth and thus personal happiness and success has its limits. For it still stays with the self as a separate entity – the me, my, I at its core. Even if it offers others something along the way. Does personal development have a place? Absolutely. Can it help? Definitely. Is it the end game? Not ever close.

Spiritual development takes you to places (worlds, planes of consciousness) you have never imagined, never seen or experienced before. It takes you deeper into knowing your true self beyond body, heart and mind.

As renowned mystics, esotericists, yogis, sages, monks, nuns, gurus and greats among us have all written, sung and mused about, they had a teacher, a guide who helped them get there. Getting them to the point of truly knowing themselves, establishing a firm footing upon the spiritual life path and then, being of true service in the world. All to share and pass on the light to others - who just like they once did, are trying to navigate their path.

    • Knowledge, becomes wisdom only with personal experience and practice…
    • Preparing for the Teacher

    Stella Excerpt

…awake, alive, sensitive to worldly suffering (of our own doing) and all its glamourous false truths we can question and further explore that what the world calls 'happiness' and 'success' is not happiness or success at all. And then we can ask, what can be done about it? What am I going to do? How can we all wake-up from this intoxicated sleep and truly begin to live and love, find wisdom and beauty and, serve?

    Takeaway Gem

This is the grand opportunity for your greatest growth, healing, releasing and rebirth – the path of spiritual progress - ultimately to experience life greater than yourself, but through yourself. It is a dedicated life path, that often takes lifetimes to master and for that you will want to prepare yourself from wherever you are now. For if you are ready to put out the call to meet your teacher they may well just be ready for you...

Esoteric Astrology: From the Moon to the Sun May 30, 2019
    Show notes

From the Moon to the Sun is about awakening to the truth that it is the Sun we live by and the sun that lights the way. But, as many would share they are still drawn first to the moon – to putting their crystals out to be cleansed or charged, to gather at this time to chant and dance, move and make lists of what to manifest and what to cast away. And let me just say I've been there done that too. I did it for years in fact, blissfully none the wiser. But today I ask you, what if our energies are being misguided and wasted on a globe that has no light of its own? What if we are stuck in old ways that we should have long out grown, but are so blindly attracted to the pretty shine and allure of promised moon magic, that we can't see clearly enough to question and evolve to higher ground?

"The moon deals with the physical, so that is your body – which we can call the vehicle of consciousness. Whereas the sun deals with the soul and the various states of consciousness. The soul and consciousness is eternal, incorruptible and not made with hands. Whereas the moon, as the governing one of all that is below the human kingdom, deals with the physical, emotional/astral and mental body of the personality. Your personality, or what we call the lower nature which needs to be brought into control by your highest self. Your soul. So that you aren't controlled by your body, your emotions or your thoughts."

    Takeaway Gem

Wesak Festival Full Moon May 10, 2019
    Show notes

The Festival of Wesak (Vesak) is the great Eastern Festival. The Festival of the Buddha, who is the spiritual intermediary between the highest spiritual centre; Shamballa (Shambhala) and, the Hierarchy. The Buddha is the expression of the Wisdom of Source or God. The Embodiment of Light and the Indicator of the Divine Purpose. Our divine purpose. Annually, Wesak is celebrated at the Full Moon of May when the Sun is in the astrological sign of Taurus.

Wesak is a day of reunion. It is a pilgrimage and rejoicing expectancy. For many it is a sacred or holy day – a present living heavenly event where the love from Source is released through the Buddha, given to The Chosen One who then distributes it to all of humanity.

For some this may be just an ancient legend, to others a mythical story but to a large number it is a state of present fact; that Buddha returns once a year to bless the world and transmit this potent spiritual energy to all.

Let's better understand this sacred event, learn the incredible story it offers us each year and how we too can join with the luminous web connecting each and every one of us to consciously bring more Light to earth, through the science of meditation at this auspicious time.

    • Sharing the momentous occasion with all

    Stella Excerpt

"It is on the full moon of May each year that this linking and bringing to earth of Light is at its most important and powerful. This is a day of meditation and prayer. A day when each and every one of us on the path, no matter our beliefs, faith or religion, link together in both mind and heart with Soul. Even your imagination is called upon to participate in this supreme event of spiritual contact and blessings on Wesak."

    Takeaway Gem

"…it is not about asking for things for our individual selves it is an opportunity to use the science, the technique meditation, for spiritual contact. This service meditation is on behalf of the planet, and the meditation that we can commit to, if done correctly from a place of selfless love and wisdom, teaches us a higher form of meditation than perhaps we have practiced previously."

Joyous Wesak & Light for All.
