This bonus episode of S/GWI’s Innovation Station was recorded on March 22, 2022, during a virtual event convened by the United States and Landesa on the margins of the 66th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. The event, titled “Women, Deeds, and Dirt: Confront the Climate Crisis, Uproot Gender Inequality,” featured U.S. Government officials and women practitioners discussing the critical intersection between women’s land rights, sustainable land use, and climate change.
