15 Defensive stats that matter
05 Ceddanne Rafaela is second among CF in FRV.
45 Augustin Ramirez is dead last in baseball in FRV.
30 Edgar Quero is tied with Ramirez for the bottom spot in FRV. This is a big reason that Kyle Teel will be their No. 1 catcher next year.
45 Nick Castellanos is the worst OF in baseball and hasn’t hit well.
15 Logan O’Hoppe has a -11 FRV and has hit poorly in for several months.
45 Heliot Ramos has a mediocre .729 OPS and a -11 FRV. He could lose playing time too.
30 Ronald Acuna Jr. used to be an average CF. He’s now one of the worst RF in baseball (-8). His sprint speed has declined, likely due to injury. I may project just 15 steals.
10 How do we feel about Jasson Dominguez for 2026? He’s so young but has a -9 FRV and a .720 OPS.

50 Positive Defensive Stats
10 Patrick Bailey is the best defender in baseball by a wide margin.
15 Dillon Dingler and Carlos Narvaez have both been top-5 defensive catchers.
40 Ke’Bryan Hayes is the best 3B. No matter how he hits, he’s going to play.
30 On a per-inning basis, Denzel Clarke is the best defensive OF this year.
50 Trea Turner is a top-5 defensive SS and leads the Majors in average sprint speed.
