The Senate passed the Protect College Sports Act, and it will now go to the House of Representatives. We'll talk with a profound sports journalists about what it means if this moves forward and the dangers the bill continues to pose.

Things got extremely heated at a Senate hearing today as Jack Smith defended his prosecution of Trump. We're going to listen to all of the commotion that occurred.

In Florida, jury selection took place for Eddie Duran's trial. The former white sheriff is charged with killing Roger Fortson, a Black senior airman.

Evictions in Metro Atlanta are rising at an alarming pace and disproportionately impacting Black people who live there. Two people from the Legal Defense Fund and the Housing Justice League Board in Atlanta will join us later to talk about these findings.

Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina, Anita Earls, will join us to talk about her campaign to retain her seat as she goes up against Republican challenger Sarah Stevens.

New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill didn't just lose a Lieutenant Governor when Dr. Dale Caldwell resigned today; she also lost a Secretary of State. We'll show you who's now in charge of the state's elections coming up in 38 days.

Trump's Justice Department ended its watchdog role in more than 50 cases enforcing racial desegregation in schools, mostly in the Deep South. Another way this racist administration is overhauling civil rights enforcement in America.

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Trump's push to enforce voter verification. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson called out her colleagues for their "misused" power.

The Senate is gearing up to vote on the Protect College Sports Act on Monday. However, opponents are still fighting to kill the bill. The former executive director of the NFL Players Association will join us to talk about why we need to stop this bill for college athletes.

We'll also show you a conversation I had with former NFL player and 1980 Heisman Trophy winner George Rogers about his opposition to the Protect College Sports Act.
