004 Fueling Your Adventure with Theresa Bridges Feb 01, 2023

Show notes

In today’s interview, I talk with Theresa Bridges- an avid adventurer, a registered dietitian in the making, and all-around a pretty rad person. In this episode, we talk generally about how much someone needs to eat on a hiking and backpacking trip. In the second half we talk about our favorite trail foods and why food is so important to a more diverse outdoor community.

Theresa is currently pursuing her master's degree to become a registered dietitian. She takes a health-at-every-size approach to nutrition (hey, no fat shaming, this is a safe place!).

There is a brief mention of calories in the episode.

You can connect with Theresa on Instagram at theresaxbridges.
