On this Robless edition of RIP a Livecast everything went smoothly and wasn't covered in pot resin or melted cheese. Coincidence? We discussed our true feelings about Rob in song "Robert Stay in Europe". We talked about Sid banging prostitutes, Darren's Bar-Mitzvah and Noa's trip to Jewtown . Our better smelling less scary looking Rob, Loni, continued pandering to our audience by wearing a Rockford, Illinois specific t-shirt. We also did an impromptu version of Thrash it or Trash it where the best band had a dog for a lead singer. Maybe next week we can get the dog to be Rob's replacement!
Here is this episode's playlist:
FALL OF TROY – F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X.
MISERATION – Chain-Work Soul
ELVENKING – Pagan Purity
AFTER FOREVER – Transitory
DIVIDING LIGHT – To Become A God
FEAR FACTORY – Dog Day Sunrise
THE ARCANE ORDER – The Serpent Tower
GRIP INC. – Colors Of Death

So Rob and Noa decided to be cunts this week and have "other plans". Rob is at the Brutal Truth/Pig Destroyer/Repulsion show, and Noa decided to go to Israel. So we semi-proudly present to you another RIP a Livecast Mixtape. This compilation features troubled teens, sex toys, washed up metal singers, soon-to-be-washed-up metal guitarists, hard drugs, radio personalities and perverted game shows. So yeah, it's basically like every other show we've ever done, but more tightly edited. You're welcome.
Note: We will be off the air again next week as Noa will still be in Europe and Rob will be in Europe as well so there will be another mixtape. If you have a request for a bit we should include, leave it in the comments. We will be back with a live episode on August 14th.

This is a very vaped edition of RIP a Livecast as Rob, Noa and Anthony partake in vaporizing throughout the show. Mid-way through the show, Jose Mangin from Sirius radio calls in and explains what it really is that gets us high. Also, we dedicate perhaps too much time to talking about the Gathering, Lil Jon sampling Slayer, Sid gives us a live report from the studio bathroom, we learned about teabagging, atomic sit ups, Coldplay/Satch similarities, and more! Plus, at the end of the show, a special surprise kareoke rendition of David Lee Roth's Loco De Color performed by Anthony.
VENOM – Black Metal
MONTY LOVE – Draw It Up
BLACK FLAG – Jealous Again
CONVERGE – Annihilate This Week
DROWNINGMAN – Radio Tuned To The Sounds Of Hearts Breaking
Also a brief mention of PERIPHERY

This week on RIP a Livecast, we all celebrate Sid's birthday. Sitting in on the show are Loni and licensed therapist Billy Fugal. We take a few callers, advice one of them to run away, speak about Nicolas Cage's son's black metal band, play Thrash It or Trash It, have a heated argument about guitar solos, talk about TGIF and much more. Here is this week's playlist:
AT THE GATES – Slaughter of the Soul
THE FACELESS – Pestilence
PRIMUS – Pudding Time
DEATH ANGEL – The Organization

It's pretty clear that the stars of this week's edition of RIP a Livecast were the callers. On this very eventful edition of the 'cast, we're joined for the whole show by our brotha from anotha motha, Axl Rosenberg of MegaSluts.gov. Axl is in charge of all the music played on the show with the exception of the Ja Rule and Metallica collaboration, which Axl has never heard until we graced him with it. Stopping by later in the show was THOR SHREDSTEEN who brought his "main squeeze" Antanella not to be confused with Bernadette. Expect appearances from Zakk Wylde harmonics, malevolent murders, bad tributes to Michael Jackson and more. Here is this week's playlist:
THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER – A Selection Unnatural
COALESCE – The Purveyor of Novelty and Nonsense
DAATH – Wilting On The Vine
MR BUNGLE – The Girls of Porn

Tomorrow night, we will present a very special 4th of July Eve Edition of RIP a Livecast. One of the segments on the show will be Sexual Jeopardy. What is Sexual Jeopardy? No, it's not what Michael Jackson found himself in after sucking off a 12-year-old. It's like the game show Jeopardy, except all the questions are about names for various filthy sex acts. So I guess it sorta is Michael Jackson-related after all. The first time we played this game, it became our most listened to show. We expect you fucks to break that record when we present Sexual Jeopardy part 2 LIVE tomorrow night at 10pm Eastern / 9pm Central right here!

On this edition of RIP a Livecast, we pay homage to some of the famous celebrities that have moved on to a different plane of existence and some that haven't yet but are crashing the party. Additionally, we had our most positive edition of Thrash It or Trash It, where we play some of the unsigned band promos we get and judge them on the air! All that and some bad choices! Here is this week's playlist:
THE ACACIA STRAIN – 3750
LAMB OF GOD – 11th Hour
BEHEMOTH – Demigod
RWAKE – The Finality
WITHERED – Among Sorrow
BENEATH THE MASSACRE – Society's Disposable Son
STRAPPING YOUNG LAD – All Hail The New Flesh
HYPOCRISY – Left to Rot
SYMPHONY X – The Eyes of Medusa

During last week's edition of the Livecast we got a surprise phone call from one of our good friends, Jose Mangin of Sirius/XM. Jose, of course, has been doing a bit of hosting on Headbangers Ball so the conversation naturally went in that direction with us asking what his status is. What Jose said has spurred a ton of stories online (first reported at SMN, followed up at MetalInsider and then on MetalSucks). With all the rumors going around, we figured we would take the convo and extract all the talk about Headbangers Ball, so all of you who missed the Livecast can hear the below. Jose talks about the proposed new format and when we could see it start to happen. Note that we edited out some of the conversation in between the segments to just focus everything on the talk about the new show.
As we mentioned above, MetalInsider talked to Jose and he "he denies any official full-time launch of the show or his place in it" later adding "He does promise that some plans are in the works for “Headbangers Ball” in 2010, in some incarnation."
Don't miss an all new edition of the Livecast, tomorrow night at 10pm Eastern time right here and always available for download on our iTunes page.
