After a week hiatus, we were back with our friend Jimmy Viola sitting on the entire show. Jimmy was on to campaign to host the Philadelphia Flower show , so go watch the video and like it, so we can get a metalhead hosting the show.
Also, Monte Pittman called in discussing his new solo record, working with Madonna and teaching her Pantera riffs. We also discussed the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rob's trip to NAMM and more.
Here's this week's playlist, mostly curated by Jimmy:
Monte Pittman – Delusions Of Grandeur

We also discussed Rob going to Anaheim and participating in the Metal Masters show, streaming on Gear Gods, Noa's brunch date with Sid & Darren's significant others and we talked about new music from Slayer and Metallica.

We had originally scheduled for Paul Masvidal of Cynic to call in, but due to miscommunication it never worked out, but we did joke about it all episode. Rob discussed his latest adventure at a Russian bath. Noa told a story about a guy who tried to hit on her at the Pig Destroyer show. Blake from Pig Destroyer chimed in with a great chant. Darren discusses his love for Kalmah's first demo. We learn about Rob's non-existent Uncle Gena. We also read reviews for our new favorite OGBYN, Dr. Jew and wondered if he was related to BatJew.
Here's this week's playlist:
Doomriders – Bad Vibes
Cavalera Conspiracy – Sanctuary
Cephalic Carnage – Heptarchy
Scar Symmetry – Obscure Alliance
Mogwai – Batcat

Darren couldn't join us this week because he was out sick, so our good friend Dan Ozzi from Noisey joined us. We began talking about poo and bidets and it only went up from there. Discussions of shitty landlords, odd jobs that Noa and Rob shared, and weird findings on computers. We also played a rousing edition of Thrash it or Trash It judging music from Desolate Rage, Insentient, Your Accident, and this weird Murdoc and then the metal Murdoc.
Here is this week's playlist:
Lamb of God – The Faded Line
The Dillinger Escape Plan – Sunshine the Werewolf
Mastodon – Blood And Thunder
Pig Destroyer – Gravedancer
Hatebreed – Perseverance

This was the final Livecast of 2013, and it may have been the funniest. Darren's birthday isn't technically until Wednesday (yep, New Year's Day), but we celebrated early. For every caller who wished him a happy birthday, Darren said something nice about Steve Harvey. We spent hour one figuring out where Jerusalem 1 Pizza was, discussing Tub Girl (art rendering pictured) and had a laugh-off between Rob and a caller. Hour two is when things really picked up, as we played some NYC anti-smoking ads featuring Ronaldo and could not stop laughing. We're clearly going to hell. We also talk about our favorite Livecast moment of 2013, let us know what yours is in the comments. The show ends with a special-year end surprise, so make sure you listen all the way.
Here's this week's playlist:
Bloodbath – Eaten
Doomriders – Bad Vibes
In Flames – Pinball Map
Sepultura – Desperate Cry

There were many special guests on this edition of the Livecast. Axl Rosenberg of MetalSucks sat in on the entire episode. Comedian Jim Breuer called in the first hour to talk about his new Christmas single, "Santa Claus Ain't Coming To Town" and he and Darren exchanged Big 4 impersonations. It was a magical moment. Also, Blake from Pig Destroyer randomly called in to say hello, so it was quite an eventful evening. In the second hour, we discussed the Duck Dynasty drama, Christmas and somehow got onto Metallica's album sales. Here's this week's playlist:
Jim Breuer – Santa Claus Ain't Coming To Town
Megadeth – Sweating Bullets
Pig Destroyer – The Diplomat

We were joined by The Jaded Punk, Dan Ozzi, on this episode. We talked a lot about our first porn experiences, albums of the year, Jewish Batman, albums of the year and kids who would kill themselves because Joey Jordison left Slipknot. We also got sex advice from Steve Harvey and discussed For Today frontman Mattie Montgomery's comments on gay marriage earlier this week. Here is this week's abbreviated playlist:
Cynic – The Lion's Roar
Gorguts – Ember's Voice

We quickly got an update on Rob's bum to kick off this edition of the Livecast. We began the show discussing Judaism, Radio Hannukkah and all things Jewry. We spend some time talking about Sway, Kanye West and Steve Harvey. We got a call from a new fan who happens to be a cable guy discussing some crazy experiences he's had with customers. During hour 2, we get a call from another fan who may or may not go to school at Doritos University. We discuss the Grammy Award nominees and wrap up the show by walking Bob Dylan up to the stage. Here is this week's all-Pantera playlist in honor of the tragic 9 year anniversary of Dimebag Darrell's death:
Pantera – Medicine Man
Pantera – Domination
Pantera – 5 Minutes Alone
Pantera – The Art Of Shredding

We began the show with an unpleasant view of Rob's third butt-cheek (NSFW video below). We also read some Dave Mustaine tweets to see what he's thankful for this Thanksgiving. We also spent a good amount of time talking about the Lostprophets frontman, Ian Watkins and his absurd case of baby rape. Also, in honor of the fifth night of Channukah, throughout the show, callers played Jew or Goy, where callers were told a musician and had to decide if they were Jewish or not. Here is this week's playlist:
Noctum – Deadly Connection
Ephel Duath – Tracing The Path Of Blood
Anthrax – I'm The Man
Exivious – One's Glow
(Please note: On this episode, the audio doesn't start until :45 seconds into the clip for some reason)
