In the second hour, we talk to Dave Hill about his new stand-up album, Let Me Turn You On, which is available on iTunes and Amazon.

This week was a smorgasbord of variety on RIP a Livecast. There was a little bit of everything. We talked about the tragic story that was reported earlier today about the man who died at a Chevelle concert. On the return of Beyond The Band, we have Vice President of marketing at Metal Blade Records, Kelli Malella talking about her ascent in the music business from starting out as a publicity assistant and offers great advice to anybody looking to get into the music business, in a musicial or behind the scenes role. We also quickly chat with Aubrey Sitterson of the #StraightShoot and SKALD podcasts quickly about the commentating in wrestling, viking hot dogs and the Psycho, CA stoner/doom metal fest. In hour two, we offer deep analysis of the new Supergirl show and play an exclusive clip, Darren tells a gross bum on a train platform story, and we all talk about our most disgusting meals ever.

This Mother's Day episode kicks off with the GWAR drama earlier this week with the band kicking out the performer who played Vulvatron. We find an old episode of Noa's original podcast, which is absolutely worth the listen alone. We then discuss originality in music and bands' influences. To buffer all this music talk, we get a call from LeRoy, who accuses us of payola and another call about a marijuana interaction with a police officer. Hour two is mostly dedicated to discussing Ja Rule's new credit card and Rob hiccuping all over the place as we discuss our question of the week: what musician would you want to take your mother out to dinner?
