Emma Farrell is a health and wellness coach and founder of Habit Change Coaching. Through her training, and own lived experiences, she empowers her clients to take their health – both mental and physical into their own hands.

Emma’s ethos is that small hinges swing big doors and by making the smallest adjustments in daily habits we can change the course of our overall health and wellbeing phenomenally.

Emma believes in 80/20 always and encourages clients not to be too hard on themselves and live a little. So long as we look after ourselves 80% of the time, its okay to go wild with the other 20% - the whole point of life is to chill out and have fun!

Her group programmes include Mind over Matter, Mindset and Motivation overhaul, and the "21 Day Total Body Reset” food elimination diet programme.

She also offers one to one coaching around habits and mindset: a specialised blood pressure reduction diet programme and a type 2 diabetes management programme.
