Episode 3315: STORIES OF 2 ‘ACCIDENTAL’ TERRORISTS May 31, 2021
    Show notes

Neither San Jose's mass shooter, Samuel Cassidy, nor Belgium’s
anti-lockdown outlaw, Jurgen Conings, are Radical Islamists, but
both copied from the terrorism playbook. Unlike Radical Islamists,
they were not out to destroy the West - they had more personal
    targets.
Jurgen Conings, who some call ‘Rambo’, is still on the loose at the
time this podcast was recorded. He's rebelling against Covid19
restrictions, and is out to destroy their chief virologist, Belgium’s
equivalent of Dr. Fauci. An ex-elite soldier, he stole weapons
from military barracks and left threatening letters before going
on the run and provoking an international manhunt. He’s now a
’terrorist suspect’. Hear about the ongoing wild goose chase he’s
been leading police and military on.
Samuel Cassidy just killed 9 coworkers and himself at the VTA
rail yard, in San Jose, California. His ex-wife and others knew of
his long-smoldering anger towards his job. But, what no one
seemed to know was that 5 years before, when he was returning
from the Philippines, U.S. Customs officers stopped him -
suspecting sex tourism - and found he had books about terrorism
and fear and manifestos…. Hear why this matters.

Episode 3310: Dark Enigma - The Twisted Tale Of The Bunny Man May 26, 2021
    Show notes

Please be aware the stories, theories, re-enactments and language in this podcast are of an adult nature and can be considered disturbing, frightening and in some cases even offensive. Listener Discretion is therefore advised.
Welcome heathens welcome to the world of the weird and unexplained. I’m your host, Nicole Delacroix and together, we will be investigating stories about the things that go bump in the night, monsters lurking under your bed or deep in the forest, that unknown creature lurking just out of sight and frighteningly imagined creatures, ghosts, supernatural beings and even some unsolved mysteries. So, sit back, grab your favorite drink, and prepare to be transported to today's dark Enigma....
And on today’s Dark enigma well I have a sort of listener request, actually my mom said my sister is mad at me so to make peace in the family I’m doing a story she’s wanted me to do for a year or so. So, with that said, we will still be playing our drinking game and as you know, the drinking game is only for those of us that are at home and have nowhere else to go tonight. The choice of libation is yours, so choose your poison accordingly… Alright, now for the game part how about every time I say Bunny that will be a single shot and every time I say murder, that will be a double shot. Now that the business end is out of the way we can jump headfirst into today’s dark enigma… so I want everyone to picture Ralphie from A Christmas Story in that damn pink bunny suit for today’s episode as we delve deep into The Twisted Tale Of The Bunny Man.
In the annals of strange phenomena, weird events, and unsolved crimes, sometimes there are cases that are hard to categorize. Some cases just seem to cross over from merely odd to come bursting into the realm of the almost absurd. These are the cases that are hard to really classify; are they pure urban legend, a genuine unexplained event, a haunting, a cryptid, or just something poking into our realm from some parallel goblin universe? One case that exudes so much creepiness and bizarreness that it has become unfettered from all attempts to classify it is the case of the Clifton Bunny Man, a demented figure with the appearance of a man-sized bunny that has purportedly terrorized the wooded Virginian countryside for years. It is an eerie story that precariously toes the line between unexplained phenomena, urban legend, unsolved crime, and haunting; teetering on the precipitous edge between reality and madness.

Episode 3309: E.G GOES IN ON CHINA MOVES IN TO AFRICA,ALSO FOOD PRICES SKY ROCKET TO AN ALL TIME HIGH,PLUS COVID SNIFFING DOGS WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May 25, 2021
    Show notes

Little is known about ancient relations between China and the African continent, though there is some evidence of early trade connections. Highlights of medieval contacts include the 14th-century journey of Ibn Battuta, the Moroccan scholar and traveler to parts of China;[1] the 14th-century visit of Sa'id of Mogadishu, the Somali scholar and explorer;[2] and the 15th-century Ming dynasty voyages of Chinese admiral Zheng He and his fleet, which rounded the coast of Somalia, passing the Ajuran Sultanate, and followed the coast down to the Mozambique Channel. Glass beads and porcelain from China have been discovered at Great Zimbabwe, an ancient city located in present-day Zimbabwe.[3]
Modern political and economic relations between mainland China and the African continent commenced in the era of Mao Zedong, following the victory of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the Chinese Civil War. At the turn of the 21st century, the modern state of the People's Republic of China (PRC) built increasingly strong economic ties with Africa. In 2013, it was estimated that one million Chinese citizens were residing in Africa.[4] Additionally, it has been estimated that 200,000 Africans were working in China, in 2017.[5][6]:99 As of 2021, Eswatini and the self-declared Republic of Somaliland (recognized as part of Somalia) are the only two African states to have official relations with the Republic of China (Taiwan).[7]
Trade between China and Africa increased by 700% during the 1990s,[8] and China is currently Africa's largest trading partner.[9] The Forum on China–Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) was established in October 2000, which designated itself to be an official forum to strengthen the relationship between both parties. There have been increasing international concerns over the significant political, economic, and military roles that China is playing in the African continent.
ood inflation has been inching up for months, driven by soaring commodity costs, costlier transportation and challenges securing labor. Rising demand for meat, from home cooks as well as from the booming fast-food industry, has buoyed prices, too.
“We’ve got these pockets of inflation without having corresponding wage growth, and that’s going to put consumers in a really tough spot,” Morning Consult economist John Leer said in an interview.
To save money on their rising grocery bills, about a quarter of U.S. shoppers say they have started buying fewer items overall during the pandemic, including less meat.
Rising grocery bills also appear to disproportionately impact shoppers of color. More than 40% of Hispanic and Black respondents reported higher grocery costs since the start of the year, while most White Americans reported no change in spending.
Leer said that’s likely because minority communities have been hit harder by the pandemic, including job cuts, meaning those shoppers are more likely to swap restaurant spending for more economical grocery shopping, resulting in higher grocery bills but lower overall food costs.
