Also on the agenda popular culture, family issues and detailed national weather forecasts.

Also President Trump addresses the Israeli Knesset as all 20 living hostages have been freed and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth announced that the US will allow Qatar to build an Air Force facility at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho, which will host Qatari F-15 fighter jets and pilots who will train alongside US troops,

    In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, Lawmakers reacted sharply Thursday to the indictment of New York Attorney General Letitia James on bank fraud charges, with Democrats calling it a politically motivated act of revenge by President Trump. A federal grand jury in Virginia charged James with bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution. Also a discussion on mortage rates and property taxes, audio from MSNBC giving President Trump credit for negotiating the peace deal with Hamas and a growing numbers of Democrats are willing to nominate the President for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Also the legality of certain types of marijuana sold at vape shops in Texas, a new study reveals more than four in ten tested postive for impairment level amounts of THC taken from autopsy results from car crashes, the Senator John Kennedy audio cut of the week and Gary scores well in college calculus.

Dick Durbin about the legal rationale for the deployment of National Guard Troops to Chicago saying "if you loved Chicago as much as you hate President Trump, you wouldn't have these problems". Also Dick Durbin releases false information about ICE agent raids, a newly released CIA report details Ukranian officials were left “bewildered and disappointed” by Vice President Joe Biden’s December 2015 trip to Kyiv, during which he gave a speech decrying corruption as a “cancer” — with the Ukrainians accusing the US of a “double standard” given Biden’s family ties to corrupt energy firm Burisma and emphasizing the corruption of the Russian hoax.

    In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, "The View" co-host Whoopi Goldberg suggested that Americans darken their skin and adopt Latin American accents to test whether they would be racially profiled by ICE agents as undocumented immigrants. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem vowed that ICE agents "will be all over" the upcoming Super Bowl. This year’s event will feature Bad Bunny, the Puerto Rican reggaeton artist and U.S. citizen who has been outspoken in his criticism of the agency. Last month, he said he would not perform in the U.S. on his upcoming tour because of concerns about possible ICE raids at his concerts. Also Jonathan Turley on the President's right to employ any division of the US military to enforce the law in any state without obstruction from any district or federal judge, all sitting Presidents throughout the centuries have never experienced the push-back like Donald Trump and activist judges defying the constitution and the assault on ICE agents in Chicago as a protester and her accomplice armed with a gun, ram into agents as anti-ICE violence intensifies.

    10-06-25 Part One - Judging the National Guard Oct 06, 2025

    In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, a federal judge has again blocked President Trump’s efforts to deploy National Guard troops into Portland in a late-night decision on Sunday. District Judge Karin Immergut ruled the action was unlawful and unconstitutional, issuing an emergency temporary restraining order to halt the deployment of California’s National Guard. The order also bars the use of troops from any other state or Washington, D.C. in Oregon. Now the President may turn to Texas Governor Greg Abbott who would rule much differently. Also the nation’s largest police union condemned reports that Chicago officers were told not to help ICE agents surrounded by protesters, calling it "shocking" and a violation of law enforcement’s duty to protect fellow officers in danger, Hakeem Jeffries exploiting a tax abatement on his million dollar NYC apartment, controversial psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson spent nearly a month in intensive care and was “near death” while battling pneumonia and sepsis this summer, his daughter revealed in an emotional video update and Virginia's Democratic candidate for Attorney General, Jay Jones, is facing bipartisan backlash after text messages from 2022 surfaced showing him fantasizing about shooting then-House Speaker Todd Gilbert.
