Know your value and know how to communicate it! You weren’t just there to open that door! Show the consumer your stats! Did you negotiate more than a million off of asking prices last year? Did you get XYZ amount of improvements for your buyers? Let your value be heard!
Start communicating better with other agents!! (This speaks for itself and is ALWAYS something we should be seeking to do!)

With her extensive experience in short sales, Heather has witnessed every scenario imaginable, and her knowledge and expertise have earned her the trust of many. Her true passion lies in helping families transition to the next chapter of their lives, making her career highly rewarding.

Heather is now on a mission to "Help 100,000 Families Avoid Foreclosure." With this goal in mind, she founded BluePrint Short Sales in 2019. After assisting hundreds of families over the years, she realized that many individuals sought help from industry professionals who were ill-equipped to handle short sales or provided them with inadequate advice.

BluePrint Short Sales aims to change that. Heather has now trained partners across the entire country who are prepared to offer their expertise. She firmly believes that, with the collective efforts of herself and her partners, she will accomplish her mission of helping 100,000 families avoid foreclosure.
