Show notes
After years of resistance, I finally said yes to working with a life coach—and it changed everything.
In this episode, I sit down with Chris Grinsted, founder of Wellspring Coaching & Transformation, and the coach who helped guide me back to my Essence and into a whole new level of clarity, confidence, and commitment. We talk about what coaching actually is (hint: it’s not therapy), why so many of us resist transformation, and how standing in your truth can change not just your inner world, but everything around you.
This isn’t some self-help hype train—it’s a real conversation about doing the uncomfortable work, taking radical responsibility, and discovering what’s possible when you stop playing small.
Whether you’re deep in your own healing, just starting to ask questions, or stuck and don’t know where to begin—this episode is for you.
Chris offers a range of transformational coaching experiences, including 1:1 coaching, small group coaching (a more affordable option with built-in accountability and peer support), and his Empower Your Life workshop series—a 12-week intensive “bootcamp for life” kicking off Thursday, June 12. The cost is $2,500, but you can save $500 with promo code RADRADIO.
