This strange case just goes to show how violence against women has always been downplayed when it benefits the system. These murders took place in the 40s in Mexico City, and not much was done to the perpetrator. Join us to discuss how it started, what happened, and how there is a lack of justice for the victims. This is definitely an interesting case.

What made this case special is how some of the unexplainable phenomena had been documented on Dept. of Child Services documents, hospital records, and police evidence.
