How is your week going? Hectic and Overwhelming? Calm and Peaceful? If it is calm and eaceful I am a little jealous. We are being pushed, mostly kicking and screaming, into resilience, which is defined as: the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness. This is happening whether we like it or not. Dealing with our stuff is happening. You can try to hide from it or be in denial but that is not really working is it? To balance the crunchy energies look for the blessings, and the love. Sometimes the Universe has other plans, sometimes other people have other plans, and sometmes it simply may not be for the highest good of all involved. How do you handle when that happens? As we embark on another year it does cause us to reflect on the past year. What was great? What was terrible? What do I wish for this year? A new year always feels like a fresh start. The continuing theme of know yourself and figuring out what you want from life on a clear, practical level is energetically huge. When you wonder why things are happening to you, that is why. The energy of our planet is in big shifts to create big changes. Reflect on the past and use that to become more aware.
