Show notes

Episode 2 I've got game breakdowns of the Arizona Fall League. This will be a 2 part series on the Arizona Fall league. Part 1 I will breakdown 5 games that I attended. This will include some thoughts and notes on top prospects and some you may not have heard of. One of these games I will talk about was the Fall Stars All-Star game. Joining me in the second half of the show to talk about some of the prospects in that game is Eno Sarris of FanGraphs. I also have added a personal tough at the end to talk about some player interactions I saw, autograph reactions, unique situations the players got in and more. I have also included a mini photo blog on the article page at inthisleague.com to see some of what I saw during the games! Enjoy!

Episode 1 - Top 100 With Jonathan Mayo Nov 05, 2016

Show notes

It's the first edition of The Fantasy Prospect Podcast, Prospect One! We're laying down a foundation of how you can incorporate minors into your league, as well what to look for when you do your own scouting. The Welsh is also taking a look at MiLB's MiLBY's awards for Best Offensive Player, Best Pitcher and Breakout Prospect.
The meat of the episode though, is I'm joined by MLB.com's Jonathan Mayo! We're talking about some of the biggest risers on the top 100 from start to finish in 2016, as well as some guys that will fall off that top 100 in 2017. We get some insight into the 2016's draft class for what hitter to own, Moniak, Lewis, Ray or Senzel? Which Pitcher to own Groome, Pint or Garrett? Jonathan is also out in AZ for the fall league, so we find out some players who are going to appear in the top 100 in 2017 via their fall league performance. Lastly...I just had to ask...We talk Tim Tebow.
