Mark Carney, Keir Starmer, and the rest of the European Political Community gathered in Armenia this week to do one thing:

Form a new bloc, explicitly aimed at the United States, China, and Russia.
That's not subtext. That's the pitch.

It's the same Empire that buried the Trump. Putin call last weekend, the same Empire whose King stood in front of Congress days earlier begging for more Ukraine money, and the same Empire that's been losing on every front since Trump announced Project Freedom in the Strait of Hormuz.

Midweek Update: Carney's New War on Trump May 06, 2026

Monday Brief: Strait Showdown: Trump's Project Freedom Puts Iran May 04, 2026

Saturday Wrap-Up: Trump-Putin Agreement May 02, 2026

Monday Brief: Britain's Last Play Apr 27, 2026

"I read the Fake News saying that I am under 'pressure' to make a Deal. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I am under no pressure whatsoever…"

That's the real state of play.
It's the opposite of what the media is telling you.
Here's what's actually happening:

Envoys incoming. Vance, Kushner and Witkoff are heading to Islamabad.
Negotiations confirmed. This morning Trump posted directly "to the Iranian leaders, who will soon be in negotiations with my representatives," asking for the release of eight women political prisoners as a good-faith opener.
Ceasefire collapsing. Overnight Trump posted: "Iran has Violated the Cease Fire numerous times!"
Blockade stays on, until there's a deal worth signing.
