Hi babies in this episode I dive into changing our perspective on success. When we base being productive & "successful" off of everyone else we don't focus on who we actually are! We don't give ourselves the credit and actually acknowledge our own achievements. Just because someone else can run a 10 mile marathon doesn't mean our 1 mile walk isn't a success. When we really think of a healthy lifestyle we go on social media to see that "it girl" complete a year of tasks in one day. We then compare our lives to that person and feel lower than them. We get disappointed in ourselves and think that we aren't good enough. Then we might even try to do a billion things at once and change our lives in a week. But that will never work. We focus so much on the outside that we forget the foundation on the inside! We have to acknowledge OURSELVES and find out what is really important to us. Then from there using self compassion start with baby steps! & know that those baby step ARE success! I love you be kind to yourself. The highest bridge wasn't built in a day...(I think that's the phrase haha) Also the footage has been bothering me lately. The lighting is all off and has been harsh instead of warm to I decided to relax and not post it since im not happy with it. I'll figure it out eventually, baby steps:)
