Season two of the Practically Catholic podcast starts off with an explosion of love and fire fueled by the Holy Spirit. Fr. The Holy Spirit really stirred up a burning love for the Lord in each of their hearts. 3. Humility (Fall Series) Oct 12, 2020

There are some great nuggets of truth about humility sprinkled throughout this episode that you don’t want to miss. For instance: Pride is the opposite of humility and it manifests itself in the ways we stop living in humility. Also, true humility is accepting things we would rather change; accepting them with patient resignation. Mary, Queen of the universe, swept the floors and cleaned the table. Wow! What an example Mother Mary is for all of us, yet again. Fr. Anthony and Natalia share personal examples of times they have lived out the virtue of humility (and didn’t), as well as, practical examples on how to try to be more humble.

2. Faithfulness (Fall Series) Sep 28, 2020

Natalia defines faithfulness and how she lives it out as a missionary, wife, and mother. Fr. Anthony also gives practical examples of living a faith-filled life for Jesus. They discuss the idea of how to love Jesus more than others and how the vows of ordination/marriage deepen their faith. The Lord calls each of us, in a unique way, to a specific vocation. It is through that vocation that we learn, deepen and grow in faithfulness.
