Joe Manchin may be a Democrat, but he's had President-elect Trump's ear on a number of issues during the transition - in fact, he says he’s already talked to Trump more than he ever talked to President Obama over the last eight years. ABC's Rick Klein and Shushannah Walshe ask him what he thinks about the nomination of ExxonMobile CEO Rex Tillerson for Secretary of State, if Trump will be an ally for the mining industry and the future of the Democratic National Committee.
