Today's episode is dedicated to my sweet daughter Sydney, who would have turned 21 today if she was alive. Sadly, she died of a heart defect at the age of 24 days. Happy birthday in Heaven, my baby girl!

Today I talk about how and what to tell our kids about the atrocious events in Ukraine. My clients have been asking me over and over again for the past two weeks what they should tell their kids and how they should tell them.
