Above A Ball Ft. Akeem Ali Oct 09, 2026
    Show notes

This week on Pour Minds, Lex P and Drea Nicole are sitting down with rapper, singer, and
songwriter Akeem Ali, and from the second he steps into the room, the energy instantly turns
into pure, top-tier comedy. Akeem keeps it 100 on the harsh realities of independent touring,
why slow ticket sales will make an artist rethink their whole strategy, and the very specific (and
hilarious) target audience he relies on to keep his shows packed.

Things get nostalgic as Akeem takes the ladies on a hilarious trip down memory lane, opening
up about his alter ego, his high school days, and the unexpected setbacks that shaped his
hustle. The crew doesn't hesitate to press him on toxic relationship dynamics, either—debating
whether men ever truly regret losing a good woman. Akeem stands on business with his "facts
over feelings" philosophy, insisting nobody is irreplaceable, while Lex and Drea call out the wild
delusion men fall back on when they miss out on a real one.
And, of course, things get completely out of hand when they tackle an "expert" claim that men
should bring a woman to climax twice before penetration. Between whole-house inspection
analogies, "carpet rug burn" arguments, and hilarious audience advice, the room devolves into
    pure chaos.

Pour up and get ready, because before you start inspecting the "back of the house," you
definitely need a drink in your hand for this one!

Miss American Dream ft. Ms. Pat Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

This week, Lex P and Drea Nicole are sitting down with comedy legend Ms. Pat, and
absolutely NOTHING is off limits! From her early days in Atlanta comedy to becoming a
household name in Hollywood, Ms. Pat gets candid about the hustle, hard work, and
business mindset that helped her build the career she has today.

Ms. Pat opens up about navigating fame while staying true to herself, setting
boundaries with friends and family, protecting her peace, and why everybody doesn't
need to know your next move. She also gets personal about raising seven children,
breaking generational cycles, redefining the American Dream, and the inspiration
behind her new memoir, Miss American Dream.

And, of course, things take a few unexpected turns as the ladies get into marriage,
dating, bedroom conversations, and why Ms. Pat has absolutely no filter!
Pour up and tune in because when Ms. Pat pulls up, you already know it's going to be a
    time!

Ripping and Running Sep 25, 2026
    Show notes

This week, Lex P and Drea Nicole are getting real about growing older, becoming more like their
parents, and the things they understand differently now than they did in their younger years.

The ladies talk about Lex’s experience visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. museum in Atlanta and
why revisiting Black history as an adult gave her a completely different perspective. They also
recap Lex’s birthday celebration, including a disappointing restaurant experience, a night at
Visions, and why sometimes the people around you can turn a bad experience into a great night.

Plus, the conversation gets into the proper way to sneak food into the movie theater, Lex’s
lifelong love for Taco Bell, and the things they used to judge people for that they now understand
differently. From spending money on luxury items to being emotional and vulnerable, Lex and
Drea reflect on growth, self-awareness, accountability, and learning to give people—and
    themselves—a little more grace.

    Pour up and tune in.

Nutly and Cheese Sep 18, 2026
    Show notes

This week, Lex P and Drea Nicole are back with a solo episode talking life after tour, getting
back into their routines, taking time to decompress and entering a new era for Pour Minds. The
ladies also get into business, finances, delegation and the lessons they’ve learned while
building their brands and preparing for what’s next.

Then, the ladies sit down with hairstylist and entrepreneur Shara Laurie for a Business
Spotlight. Shara opens up about starting her hair career at a young age, building a loyal
clientele in Atlanta and eventually taking a leap of faith to move her business to Dubai. She
shares what it took financially to make the move, how she built an international clientele and
how her career has evolved from working behind the chair to traveling the world to service
    clients.

Plus, Lex and Drea get into dating, relationships, independence, different dating cultures and
the importance of having the freedom to live life on your own terms.

Shabang ft. Jordyn Lucas Sep 11, 2026
    Show notes

This week on Pour Minds, Lex P and Drea Nicole are joined by streamer and internet
personality Jordyn Lucas for an episode that goes completely off the rails before they can even
make it to the first topic.

Jordan gets real about breaking into the male-dominated streaming world, building her
community, investing thousands into her production, dealing with viral clips and learning how to
survive when everything you say can become a headline. She also opens up about leaving
Atlanta for Miami, starting over on her own, outgrowing friendships and betting on herself. Of
course, the ladies have to get into Jordan’s viral moment with Drake, the six-figure Kelly bag,
flying private for the first time and manifesting some of the biggest moments of her career. But
somewhere between the drinks, roommate horror stories, BBL talk, reasons they could NEVER
go to war and dragging internet trolls, the conversation turns into pure chaos.

Pour up and get ready, because this is definitely one you might want to have a drink before
    watching.

In Those Jeans Sep 04, 2026
    Show notes

Lex P and Drea Nicole are back with another hilarious solo episode, and as usual, the
conversation goes everywhere. The ladies kick things off debating whether you can really tell
what type of person somebody is just by looking at them, from facial features and eye contact to
the random physical traits that immediately make them suspicious.

The conversation turns to dating as Lex and Drea break down the careers and lifestyles that
would make them think twice about being with a man. From police officers and politicians to
men making their money in the streets, the ladies get real about what they’re willing to deal with
at this stage in their lives and why stability and legitimate income matter more than ever.
Later, they get into beauty, skincare, makeup, and how their relationships with their appearance
have changed over the years. They talk about feeling more comfortable going makeup-free,
learning to appreciate their natural skin, and eventually take the conversation into plastic
surgery, tummy tucks, breast reductions, scars, and some of the unexpected things that can
happen when you go under the knife.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Pour Minds without the conversation getting completely out of pocket
along the way. Between hilarious surgery stories, body talk, dating opinions, and plenty of side
conversations, Lex and Drea ultimately get real about body confidence, embracing your
imperfections, and why being comfortable in your own skin matters more than worrying about
    what anybody else thinks.

Grind For It ft. Navv Greene Aug 28, 2026
    Show notes

This week on Pour Minds, Lex P and Drea Nicole are joined by fan favorite Nav Green,
and as expected, the conversation goes completely off the rails. 😂 Nav catches the
ladies up on his latest wins, including stepping into the writer’s room for the BET
Awards, how his career has evolved, and why staying consistent matters more than
comparing your success to everybody else’s.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Nav episode without some wild stories. They get into his
dating life, using humor to get the ladies, knowing how to handle your liquor, old tour
memories, friendships, money, success, and learning to actually enjoy the life you
    worked for.

    A Lil Lextra Aug 21, 2026
    Show notes

It’s Lex’s birthday, and the girls are celebrating Chapter 37! 🥂 Lex reflects on entering a new year feeling happier, more at peace, and more confident than ever, while she and Drea talk about getting older, protecting your joy, and finally being okay with people being wrong about you.

The conversation gets into low-maintenance birthday girlies vs. Birthdayzillas, expectations from friends versus your partner, surprise gifts gone wrong, and why some “gifts” are really just new bills and responsibilities. In The Bed, the ladies discuss how intimacy changes as you get older and why emotional connection matters more in relationships. Plus, they answer a messy Pour

Your Heart Out about a best friend wanting to reconnect with a man her friend already slept with.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Pour Minds birthday episode without a few drinks, plenty of laughs, and a very tipsy karaoke finale!

King Of R&B Ft. Jacquees Aug 14, 2026
    Show notes

Jacquees pulls up on Pour Minds for a conversation full of R&B, relationships, fatherhood, and
plenty of laughs. The Atlanta native opens up about knowing he was a star from an early age,
how becoming a father changed the way he moves, and why he still stands behind calling
himself the King of R&B. He also talks about the lost art of the remix, his latest music, dream
collaborations, and why he wants to work with Drake.

Then the conversation gets into love: dealing with a partner's family not liking you, setting
boundaries with parents, choosing between your relationship and your family, spinning the block
on an ex, and whether there's really such a thing as "the one that got away." Jacquees shares
his perspective on love today and why family will always play a major role in the relationships he
    chooses.

And of course, Pour Your Heart Out gets WILD when a listener asks what to do about her
boyfriend only lasting two minutes in bed—and the crew debates how long sex should actually
    last.

Love Taps ft. Lucky Daye Aug 07, 2026
    Show notes

This week, Lex and Drea are joined by Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer
Lucky Daye for an episode full of R&B, relationships, and plenty of laughs. Lucky opens up
about his journey in music, the emotional moment he won his Grammy, his new single “Nowhere
Fast,” and what fans can expect from his upcoming album and tour.

The conversation gets into the current state of R&B, AI music, why 30-song albums need to go, bringing back real album rollouts, and whether artists are making music for TikTok instead of making music that actually lasts. Lucky also weighs in on the very important debate of Sisqó vs. Michael Jackson.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Pour Minds without the conversation going completely left. The trio
gets into whether men are judged by the women they date, why men care what other men think,
dating celebrities, the hierarchy of athletes and rappers in the dating world, and whether your
past can mess up something good with somebody new.

Plus, the ladies get into Bop of the Week, answer some wild listener letters—including one
woman wondering if dating her former favorite “horse’s” homeboy is already over before it
started—and close things out with a little karaoke.
    Pour up and tune in.
