The Major Questions Doctrine: Steve and Jim discuss Trump’s potential executive orders and how the Supreme Court says that many of those decisions will have to be made by Congress like with the border as well as the possibility of Donald Trump pardoning others as well as himself and what that actually means for Trump to do before he can do it. Steve and Jim next discuss the power Trump and the Republican party as a whole to confirm whoever they want if they have power across the government. Jim and Steve next discuss the balance between states' rights and the federal government when one gets upset and the Supreme Court ultimately intervenes. Eric Hovde could have the ability to sue on the results of the U.S. Senate Race due to a third-party candidate.
