He became one of the first military social media content creators with his comedy skits in the mid-2010s and has since taken his show on the road. As he is on his way to retirement, he can be found on the stage as a member of the DDTOUR14.

Damon and Damo take a moment to give Tisha her flowers in celebration of her hitting the year mark as a PTSF host. We have a conversation about understanding the fact that men and women speak two different languages and how that can affect decisions made in the workplace. This leads to a conversation about false reporting. Tisha discusses NAVADMIN 006/24, and the impact that it can have on the fleet. There’s a little confusion here. Word is, that people are working to make a few changes to this NAVADMIN. The trio discusses the biggest things that they would change if they could. Damo discusses YouTubers “standing on business.” Is there any reason why a First Class Petty Officer should ever go “cranking?” What are your thoughts of a Sailor being Meritoriously promoted right before they transfer from a ship?
