    Zzzzz…Kaala and Chuff are very sleepy after a long swim and journey to meet another group of red pandas. As they rest and dream, we'll do the same with some new breathing and gentle movement exercises.     What makes you happy? Think of someone, a friend, parent, or neighbour. Can you name one thing that makes them happy? Is this something you can help with?The next time you're feeling happy, really happy, try to take a moment to memorize that feeling. Then try to recall that feeling next time you're feeling sad. Are smiles really contagious? Give it a try this week. Smile at someone and see if they smile back!

    Feeling sad doesn't feel good…but did you know that sadness can help us sometimes? We explore the feeling of sadness in this relaxation story with Kaala the red panda and Chuff the snow leopard.     Jealousy is a hard emotion to deal with or even admit to being. It brings out negative feelings that make us feel bad about ourselves. Kaala is feeling jealous of Chuff in today's story and has to deal with those feelings.

Give it a try today and then repeat it tomorrow and the next day.Do you remember what H.A.L.T. stands for?     After working through her indecision, Kaala the red panda has decided to go out to look for the ancient hidden treasure in the Himalayan Mountains! She'll be the first red panda to venture off that far and will have to figure out how she's going to find the energy and the courage to do it.

    This week Kaala is making plans to go, but is starting to worry and feel anxious about the huge journey ahead. When was the last time you felt worried about something? Everyone worries and feels anxious sometimes, but what can we do about it?

    A relaxation story for children ages 5–13 years old.
