Between You & Me is rooted in connection and real talk.
We talk about the things everyone’s thinking but rarely says out loud—relationships, identity, personal growth, emotional healing, and the complexities of being human.
Rooted in Hawaiʻi and guided by connection, each episode blends real talk, laughter, and vulnerability as we sit with the uncomfortable, the beautiful, and the in-between. This is a space to feel seen, to heal out loud, and to remember you’re not alone—one unfiltered conversation at a time.

From sex to faith, hormones to psychedelics, we’re cracking open the conversations women have been too afraid—or too exhausted—to have. It’s not about burning it all down. It’s about finally claiming space for the woman inside who’s been waiting to rise.
