Bo asks Ross on the future for Notre Dame and Ross says that the Fighting Irish is close to a deal with NBC. Ross thinks that Notre Dame will not make a move for a while and tells a story that illustrates the pride the school has in staying independent. Bo asks Ross about Miami and he said he could see Miami making a move to the Big 10 that would benefit the school. Bo and Ross look at Stanford and Cal and talk about how the schools have offered to reduce the money they make and they still weren't let into the Big 10.

Mississippi State insider Steve Robertson joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about Mississippi State missing out on Braden Montgomery and news from football fall camp live in the BankPlus Studio. Steve talks about transfer pitcher Braden Montgomery headingh to Texas A&M instead of Mississippi State and believs that the Luke Holman news was harder to hear than this transfer. Steve talks about the talent at Mississippi State that people forget about, such as Bradley Loftin, and believes that the team isn't completely lost without landing one or both of the two big transfers this summer. In the SEC Insider Hit, Bo and the crew talk about Lane Kiffin picking his starting QB, Ole Miss needs to be harder to beat, and sitting at the bar live in the BankPlus Studio. The guys talk about buffets and Bo believes that his buffet days left him 30 years go. Bo and the crew talk about national filet mignon day coming up over the weekend and they discuss what makes the perfect temperature and style for the best filet. The guys listen to audio of Lane Kiffin talking about how he is focusing on the team being harder to beat this season than they were at the end of the 2022 season. Kiffin talks about his version on success for the 2023 year is coaching better and playing better because you can't always control freak incidents that lead to game outcomes.
