Steve breaks down how slow MSU's defense looked against Auburn and the mismanagement of play calling at the end of the first half. Steve breaks down Mississippi State's young coaching staff and the need to have experience in coaching schemes. Bo asks Steve if Will Rogers would want to get back on the field and Steve thinks that Will wants to play regardless if he is fully healthy. Steve talks about the fact that MSU let Auburn QB Payton Thorne play out of his mind against the Bulldogs. Steve says that MSU needs to decide right now if they want to be a good program and if they do then they need to go out and spend the money for players and coaches. Steve and Bo talk about what Mississippi State needs at head coach if they move on from Zach Arnett and the criteria for the next hire. Steve looks at how MSU hasn't had a giant recruit on the defense in a long time and the possible reasons for the lack of a difference maker. Vegas insider Lee Sterling of Paramount Sports joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the best bets for the weekend live in the BankPlus Studio. Lee looks at Georgia facing Florida this weekend and how it could be adifferent game without the Bulldogs tight end Brock Bowers. Lee checks out the Ole Miss vs Vanderbilt game and thinks the Rebels should keep the same gameplan they had against Auburn in order to blow out Vandy. Lee Previews Mississippi State heading to Auburn and emphasizes the importance of a good pass rush for MSU in order to pull out the upset. Dave Bartoo of the College Football Matric joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the biggest lines in college football for the weekend live in the BankPlus Studio. Dave talks about how he could write a whole book on "buddy hires" in college football and the possible hire that could be made at Michigan State that would qualify. Dave breaks down how he thinks the College Football Playoffs will rank the top teams and how it differs from the AP poll.
