Head coach of UTSA Jeff Traylor has been a popular option and has proved that he is a self made man that can win anywhere. Tom talks about how Texas A&M needs to figure out who is just there for the money and who actually wants the program to succeed. Tom talks about where Jimbo Fisher might go next and speculates that a TV job could be in the near future for the veteran head coach. Bo says how he isn't completely sold on Oregon head coach Dan Lanning as a premiere option but Tom thinks he shows he can take risks and they work. Tom doesn't necessarily think Lane Kiffin has reached his ceiling but rather Georgia and Alabama are just that much better than everyone.
