    In this episode of the Mindful Megs podcast, Megs hosts Jen Watts, a life and nutrition coach focused on helping those with ADHD achieve their weight loss goals. They discuss the impact of ADHD on perfectionism, black-and-white thinking, and the challenges of organizing personal and professional lives. Jen shares her late-diagnosis ADHD journey, reveals how self-awareness and acceptance transformed her life, and emphasizes the importance of self-compassion and tailored strategies in achieving goals.
