Then Ellis Williams looks at the Baltimore offense and the signings of offensive lineman Kevin Zeitler and receiver Sammy Watkins. Is the Baltimore offensive line trending up or down? Is Watkins the kind of receiver that will actually help out Lamar Jackson?
