One Part Podcast Community: Where are they now?
Since the beginning of the podcast personally I became a mother for the second time and professionally, I started what I consider my life project! An online platform dedicated to the Archaeologies and Heritage of Africa and during this year I will start my own podcast on archaeology. Thank you for your inspiration and coaching! -SF
Since listening to the podcast and being inspired by all the bold leaps of faith you and the guests have taken, I have moved to a new city in a new state where I knew no one. I’ve now been here for almost a year, and it has been the best decision I ever made! -SK
I went fully plant based and then vegan, became a team supervisor at my work, completed my undergrad and got into a highly competitive internship. One Part was a major inspiration for me about a year ago and your guests have been so uplifting! The prevalence of female/women guests has also been hugely helpful for me as a young woman. -SC
Hi! I’ve been a vegetarian for 10 years and I became vegan last year, I’ve started graduate school to get a Master’s in Biology, I’m engaged to be married this year, and I have a wealth of great resources from the guests you have on whether they’re chefs, wellness people, or otherwise. -JF
I left hormonal birth control behind in order to find a more holistic method for figuring out my hormones! No regrets since doing so. Also, currently completing my first year of undergrad. Much love to the pod for inspiring me to LIVE outside of the box. -CG
Threw away my birth control, adapted a more plant based lifestyle and got a promotion at work that is more in line with my career goals . I’ve also met some amazing people and killer brands through this page/the pod!! -AH
I started listening to the pod when I was studying abroad in Copenhagen and didn’t know anyone in the city. Since then I graduated from college and started grad school! I am still in the process of figuring out exactly where I want my career to go, but vegan cooking and baking has been a consistent source of grounding and inspiration. And One Part Pod was a big part of what incited my passion for it in the first place! -MW
Since listening to the podcast I planned for and quit my job on one of the top rated tv shows that was causing me so much stress and making me physically and mentally unhealthy and am now taking several months off to focus on my own health and happiness. This podcast has really inspired me to put myself first instead of my career. -AB
Wrote Coseena! And started my own company! -MA
I stepped out of a secure government job to explore my creativity and pursue a career that I am passionate about! -LB
I started my own culinary nutrition business, Fresh Things First , and am currently getting my certificate to be an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Thanks for sharing so many unique guests that constantly provide inspiration, new points of view and personal stories! -JPH
I’m still new to your podcast, but I’ve been plowing thru them and loving every minute. Since listening, I have begun a self love journey and incorporating it into my exercise. I’ve NEVER been so kind to myself, and it’s really life changing. Rather than punishing myself for not being where I want it to be, I’ve been moving for enjoyment. This has been a stepping stone for more things in my life like eating more plants, simplifying my skin care (thanks to Adina), and preparing to ditch my birth control. All of this is working towards my goal of having a baby soon baby. -CWB
Followed my passion and left my part-time agency job to pursue my private therapy practice FULL TIME so that I could serve women struggling with fertility and couples building their family in modern ways. OH—AND STARTED A PODCAST! -KR
I did a Kickstarter campaign + launched my own natural skincare business with my mom, but you already knew that. -MH
