Drawing fulfillment is as important as drawing a sales funnel. There are specific reasons why I don't build a funnel without drawing and building fulfillment now. This is a simple step, but super important.

Back when I was in college, I built a successful funnel, but the company called me and said: “Turn it off!” Why would they say that?

Simple! They weren’t able to fulfill all the orders… And this is exactly why you need to draw out both the fulfillment and funnels. Every part of your business must function like clockwork before you get to the actual selling.

Here's how I know I've just received a 'good student'. There's a very easy tell. Throughout this episode, I want you to ask yourself, with grace, how good of a student you are?

Because the thing is, 80% of the stuff it’s already decided for you. Don’t try to innovate the sales process—innovate the offer.

Then get back to the basics and learn from the best. Success depends on your ability to execute the basics perfectly.

My Own Entrepreneurial Journey- Steve Larsen Jun 26, 2020

I spend a lot of time on the show talking to new entrepreneurs on their trials and triumphs as they build their businesses. It’s inspiring to watch them overcome challenge after challenge to reach their goals. Often, I see a lot of myself throughout the different interviews I host. This week on One Funnel Away Stories, I talked with Stefan Ceman. Stefan has been a bicycle fanatic for his entire life and has a passion for electric bikes. Because of his interest, he decided he wanted to be a part of the global bike industry. His goal is to make 3D printed electric bikes available to the world.

Stefan has always worked in a technical field. He is an engineer and started out working in automotive production. Through his dedication and work ethic, he worked his way up to a management position. Though he did well, he missed his sense of freedom and decided to take a chance on his dreams.

Along the way, he has learned how to rebuild himself and his business after hitting rock bottom. Everything that he’s accomplished acts as a lesson for himself and other entrepreneurs, and I think you’ll take great inspiration from his story!

Give Yourself What You Want With The One Funnel Away Challenge- Giuliano Grimaudo May 25, 2020

I had the pleasure of speaking to Giuliano Grimaudo on this episode of One Funnel Away Stories. His entrepreneurial journey is filled with valuable lessons to anyone who is just starting.

Giuliano has had an interest in entrepreneurship for as long as he can remember. Throughout his childhood he would try to come up with different ways of leveraging his talents to make money. But it wasn’t until a year ago that he connected the dots and realized that was the direction he wanted to take his career in.

For a while he attempted to monetize his talent as a musician. He would do local gigs as well as perform online. He also taught himself graphic design to build a business with those skills. After that, he taught himself photography and even started booking himself some weddings. Eventually those business attempts fizzled out as he struggled to figure out how to attract sustainable traffic.

That all changed once he took the One Funnel Away Challenge. Now Giuliano uses the skills he learned from OFA to help build his multi-level marketing business. He has learned how to offer value in a way that attracts customers and is using this newfound knowledge to scale his business.

Despite some initial setbacks, David has stayed committed to his goal in trying to figure out what audience he wants to serve. To supplement his income as he ventured out and tried various business opportunities, David took to driving for Uber. It definitely helped keep his income steady when his other work was unpredictable but he noticed there were glaring issues in the rideshare community.

David saw that there was a need that he could fill and decided to jump at the idea. He is in the process of putting together a course to support Uber drivers. His goal is to ultimately help them make more money on a per ride basis and to diversify the methods in which they make their income.

His idea came from the question of how can drivers leverage the unique relationship they have of being a driver and having a passenger and use that time as an opportunity to make more money for themselves. David’s experience with the One Funnel Away Challenge helped him answer just that. He has been able to carve out a unique niche and really find his place in the entrepreneurial world.
