WOW WOW WOW! I sure have a good treat for YOU today! On the podcast, I got to chat with Nick Thompson from season 2 of Love is Blind. Nick is amazing, and so much of what we chatted about in this episode will be so relatable to you. I really enjoy this human, and the chat we had!

Have you ever been under intense pressure? Or have you ever gone through huge life changes that really tested your ability to stay true to your core values? This is for sure something Nick and I know a lot about (in different ways of course), and what we do in this episode is really open the conversation for what you may sacrifice in order to remain true to you.

1. I know my human design - and when I say I know my human design, I mean I implement it into my business and the way I run it.
2. Boundaries - they are your birth right and the fact you don’t have them is holding you back.
3. I invested in my business and my growth. This includes coaching, this includes outsourcing, this includes anything that will have a high return.
4. I tightened up my circle - you do not need to share your business with everyone. Hang with the people who are going where you’re going, or have already been there. There is no energy like that.

I am giving you a really important IG update for any of you who are experiencing glitches with Instagram. No matter what glitches happen on Instagram or other social media platforms, I cannot recommend it enough: create an email list. This is why I don’t sweat it when Instagram is having glitches. I have an entire list of my network that I can easily relay information to (like you’re receiving now).

In this episode, I also talk about the importance of neutrality in your emotions when it comes to higher and lower months in your business. So many entrepreneurs I see attach personal meaning to their months, and it really does block the energy of abundance from entering their business. The key is to treat higher and lower months just as they are, higher and lower.
