Nobody wants to admit it. But after years with the same person the desire shifts. Is that normal? Is it a problem?
Or is it just what long term actually looks like? Kash, Luis, Rico, Taz and the full panel are back at the table and this episode they are going somewhere most people don't want to go what really happens to intimacy in a long term relationship.
Does desire naturally decline over time? If you find yourself curious about something different, does that make you a bad partner or just an honest human being?
Kash comes in with a perspective and breaks down the difference between sexual chemistry and sexual alignment and why alignment is actually what keeps couples together long after the chemistry fades. Rico says boredom is real and the same moves after ten years is a conversation worth having. Taz gets honest about what she actually values in a relationship versus what the world tells her she should. And Luis?
Luis draws the line between looking, liking, and acting and says longevity depends on which side of that line you stay on. Then a caller drops a situation that stops the whole panel. Nine years in, and her man has gone from every day to once a month.
Nobody fully agrees on what's causing it. Everybody has an opinion on what she should do next. Sex can get boring without connection.

What does it actually take to build a friendship between women that lasts?
And is it really that women lose friends or that they outgrow them? Rico comes in immediately with zero female friends and zero apologies about it.
The women at the table are not letting that slide. Kash breaks down the tiers of friendship and why not every friend is meant for every room. Rah gets real about the friends you love but can’t bring everywhere and why that’s not a betrayal, it’s just knowing your people.

Rah Ali, Luis, Kash the Sexologist, Taz, and the full panel are back at the table, and this episode starts a debate that had everybody in their feelings before the first commercial break. Bonnets and durags outside—where do we draw the line? Is it a style choice, a cultural norm, a comfort thing, or has it become an excuse to stop caring about how we show up in public?

Luis comes in immediately with his position and he is not backing down. He wears his durag on the way to the function, takes it off when he gets there, and sees nothing wrong with that. The panel is not fully convinced. Kash draws the line at bonnets specifically and makes the case for the silk scarf instead.
She breaks it all the way down: it's not really about the bonnet or the durag, it's about perception, image, and the version of yourself you're putting out into the world. Rah Ali even admits to being a bit of a hypocrite, confessing she loves a comfortable mumu and bonnet but will still pass judgment on others who step outside in them!
Then the conversation takes a sharp left turn into men getting their nails painted, proper hookah posture, and whether any of it is a dealbreaker in a relationship. It goes exactly where you think it's going to go and somehow goes further. There's a time and a place for everything.
