Life moves fast. Just like parenting, you never know what you’re going to get from The Parenthood Remix. Every once in a while, I’m fortunate enough to be on the other end of the mic on some amazing podcasts—and often I think they would make a great listen here with you. That’s the case with Courtney Swan’s podcast, Realfoodology. She breaks down the food industry, busts myths, and helps put people on a path to eating better without the struggle. She’s been a guest of Off The Record in the past, and I was honored to be a part of hers.
