Theo Epstein spent nine seasons with the Cubs from 2012-20, responsible for producing the club’s first World Series championship in 108 years in 2016. Prior to leading the Cubs front office, Epstein served as General Manager with the Red Sox, also helping them break a long championship drought in 2004 with the franchise’s first World Series championship since 1918.
