Yes, I’ll say it again and I’ll keep on saying it. I WAS SO EXCITED TO PUBLISH THIS PODCAST!!!!!
I sat down with the amazing AMAZING Dr. Tiffany Jana a couple of weeks ago and I’m still buzzing.
    A little about them……
Dr. Tiffany Jana has helped orchestrate TMI's growth over the past 16 years. This includes
leading the merger of three companies that resulted in the launch of TMI in 2010. Dr. Jana
subsequently established a national network of consultants and spearheaded the
company’s transition into the world’s first Certified Benefit Corporation with a diversity
and engagement focus. Dr. Jana has positioned TMI Portfolio as a global leader in
metrics-based engagement. Dr. Jana has been featured in numerous publications and
media including Fast Company, Inc.com, and Forbes for their work on diversity, equity,
    empowerment, and inclusion.
As the Founder of TMI’s Portfolio of companies, Dr. Jana oversees the development of the
firm's strategies, client relationships, and people. Dr. Jana serves as a strategic advisor on
client engagements, and has deep expertise in diversity and inclusion, using metrics to
gauge organizational equity and unconscious bias. Dr. Jana's vision is to help clients
optimize their workplace and community environments based on stated values.

Six: Belonging with Becca Piastrelli Nov 11, 2019
    Show notes

Yay! Monday! Or as our incredible guest today would say – Moonday!
This week’s episode fit perfectly after last week’s in that I got to continue the conversation about things like ancestral wisdom, healing, and belonging. And my friends, if you’re on a journey to continue that conversation, you are going to want to do it with the amazing Becca Piastrelli. Becca is a writer, podcaster, womxn's coach and ancestral folk medicine keeper. Her work centers around the invitation for womxn and female identified people of all backgrounds to come home to themselves. Her podcast, Belonging, explores aspects of ancestral wisdom, cultivating meaningful sisterhood, and living with the seasons and cycles of the earth and your body. You can check out more of her work at BeccaPiastrelli.com or on Instagram @beccapiastrelli. She graciously shared a couple of ideas (linked below) to assist you as you start on your own journey, and her website and podcast are some of my favourite resources for this work.
    Happy healing beautiful people!

Five: Collective Healing with Nathalie Farfan Nov 04, 2019
    Show notes

Welp….Hello Monday! And Hello to a podcast that I have been SOOOOO excited to hit publish on!

Our fabulous guest this week is the absolutely amazing Nathalie Farfan. Nathalie founded La Brujas Club as a way to ground women of color, and help them build community by embracing their heritage and honor their spiritual makeup... Nathalie is a storyteller who believes that a Bruja's power is sacred and authentic. It was born within families, passed down through generations, shared in hallowed circles and felt in botanicas. Nathalie also believes that there is power in this history and while the spirit can be felt by all, the passing down of this craft and legacy needs to start with those who live by it. *Ultimate goal: Decolonize our minds.

It was the most incredible honour to share this time with Nathalie and I encourage you all to check out more information about La Brujas Club on Facebook, Twitter or Instagam.

    Hope you enjoy!!
Note: I had a Patreon campaign for a hot minute but decided to that wasn’t what felt right for this community at this time (or for me….cuz capacity lol!). I’ll be busy planning over the coming months for some exciting stuff in 2020 so stay tuned. If you have ideas, comments, feedback etc. please feel free to contact me at nurturedpodcast@gmail.com. Thank you to all of you that have been supporting this wacky adventure!

Four: Life According to Sam with Sam Lamott Oct 28, 2019
    Show notes

Welcome to Monday beautiful people! For some of you, my next guest needs no introduction (which is good because trying to put Sam in a box a bit challenging lol!).

Sam Lamott is the founder of hellohumans.co and the How to Human podcast – he’s a creator, a father, an activist of sorts, a friend, a mentor and just a fully whole human!

Just as It’s hard to sum Sam up in a sentence or two…it’s also a challenge to describe what this week’s episode is about because we covered A LOT of ground. We talk about what growing up was like, we get real about addiction, we talk about the joy and pain of recovery, and how you learn to Just. Keep. Going.

Snuggle in folks! This one’s a gooder!

This week’s guest is the AMAZING Dr. Candice Creasman. I found her when I feeling pretty low and was needing a bit of a refresher on how to be a bit kinder and gentler to myself. Her course on Insight Timer delivered just that and then some. You can check it out here or you can reach out to her on Facebook or directly at her website at www.creasman-counseling.com.

In the interim, here’s the conversation I was lucky enough to have with her on all things inner critic.
