1113: Listener Questions with Dr. Sasho MacKenzie Jan 28, 2026

Show notes

A few weeks ago Soly put a call out on the Refuge for a list of listener questions for Dr. Sasho MacKenzie. We got some fantastic responses and what was planned as an add-on to a Sunday pod became more than enough material for a standalone episode. From his research on putting to the Stack wedge program and advice on improving during the cold weather months, we cover a ton of ground and hope you enjoy the chat.
