Every night at midnight, Misty Hollow’s old railroad clock strikes thirteen times... and witnesses say a dark shadow is moving behind the glowing clock face.

According to an old town legend, it could be the return of Ephraim Tockett, the Time Ghost, a mysterious timekeeper said to appear whenever something important is about to be lost.
