Two life long friends discuss and share their perspectives on the issues of the day with an emphasis on politics, sports, and health/fitness.

Mat is a Communications Studies major at Sacramento State with an emphasis in mass media, small groups, organizational and interpersonal communication. In his spare time he also volunteers as a staff writer for the NCRI-US (https://www.ncrius.org/) .

Kasey is a Sacramento State graduate with a degree in Kinesiology. He currently coaches with USA Stars, IPA, and has his own fitness company KH-Fit (https://www.kh-fit.com/) . He also holds numerous personal training certifications.
