Prior to the NFL, Shyheim played college football at The University of Alabama, where during his career he recorded 100 tackles, 6 of them being Tackles for Loss (TFLs) and 3 interceptions, 2 of those picks were returned for touchdowns. Shyheim was also a member of Alabama’s 2017 National Championship Team.

    Stanley Morgan Jr.: Preparing for a Successful Season Aug 12, 2021

    Stanley Morgan Jr. shares insights into the prep work that goes into a winning season as a professional athlete.     Stanley Morgan Jr. is currently an NFL wide receiver who plays for the Cincinnati Bengals. Stanley played college football at the University of Nebraska where he currently holds a number of Nebraska Husker records including: Career Receptions (189), Career Receiving Yards (2,747), Season Receiving Yards (1,004 in 2018), and Season Receptions by a Wide Receiver (70 in 2018). Stanley was also the first 1,000-yard receiver in Husker history.

Prior to the NFL, Jalen played college football at Oklahoma State and Tulane. During his college career, Jalen posted career totals of 2,446 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns in 56 games.

    Coach Mike Ditka: Legacy Building Leadership Strategies Aug 05, 2021

    Mike Ditka shares his journey to success as a professional athlete and coach, explaining how the best leadership can be broken down into key coaching habits. Listen in as Jen and Mike discuss not taking success for granted, the most influential coaches in Mike’s career, and how an early conversation with a coach and mentor helped him stick with football when it mattered most. They also explore how consistency in leadership and habits pays off for your team and how to empower your team to do the right thing on and off the field.

    Coach Mike Ditka played college football at Pitt and was drafted fifth overall by the Chicago Bears in the 1961 draft. That year he was named UPI NFL Rookie of the Year as a player. He was a five-time Pro Bowl selection and a six-time All-Pro tight end. He played for the Chicago bears, Philadelphia, and the Dallas Cowboys.

    Coach Ditka had the honor of being the first tight end inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1988, post his NFL playing career. He started coaching with the Dallas Cowboys and has also served as the head coach of the Chicago Bears as well as head coach for the New Orleans Saints. He is also a three time Super Bowl champ and is only one of two people who have won Super Bowls as a player, assistant and a head coach.

    Coach Rod Milstead: The Business of College Athletics Aug 04, 2021

    Coach Rod Milstead shares the parallels of business leadership and coaching, as well as the importance of focusing on education as student athlete. Listen in as Jen and Coach Milstead discuss his best advice for college athletes, why a football team is like a small corporation, and the lessons college athletes can take from football and apply to long term business success.

    Coach Rod Milstead is currently the head coach of the Delaware State Hornets football program. He was one of the most decorated players in the history of Delaware State University. He was appointed to the head coaching position in January of 2018.

    Coach Milstead spent eight years playing in the NFL. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the fifth round of the 1992 NFL draft. He played for the Cleveland Browns and the 49ers, where he won a super bowl with the formerly named Washington Redskins.

    Coach Aaron Kromer: Communicating for Success Aug 03, 2021

    Aaron Kromer shares the importance of communication when teaching and mentoring your team. Aaron also explore the differences between college and NFL coaching as well as how to know what to say to a team member who is struggling.

    Aaron Kromer played college football at the University of Miami, Ohio, and post his college football career transitioned into the world of football coaching where he spent the first 10 years of his career as a college position coach. He then coached in the NFL starting off with the Oakland Raiders in 2001. Aaron has also coached for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, and the Buffalo Bills. Most recently, Aaron was the run game coordinator and the offensive line coach for the LA Rams. Aaron also served as the interim head coach for the New orleans Saints and was a member of the Saint's coaching staff when the Saints won Super Bowl XLIV.

    Coach Brent Brennan is currently the head football coach at San Jose State University. Coach Brennan played college football at UCLA and started his coaching career coaching HS football and moved onto being a Graduate Assistant for three seasons, with the University of Hawaii, University of Washington, and the University of Arizona. Throughout his college coaching career, Coach Brennan has coached at several programs including Cal Poly, being a position coach at San Jose State and Oregon State, and then returned to San Jose State University as the head coach in 2017.
