Show notes
January 14, 2015: In today's show I share the happenings on our homestead with the new baby goats and I share a health situation that occurred over the holidays that led us to find out about something called a histamine intolerance. The histamine intolerance has led us to researching a new diet and even educating ourselves more on our already completely wholefoods, gluten free and dairy free diet with a low histamine diet. You can find a fantastic resource on the low histamine diet here: http://thelowhistaminechef.com/
Our friends Brooke has headed to the east coast for treatment and is still trying to figure out what is causing her brain to swell. Please keep them in your prayers and if you are able to assist them financially there are links below.
