Majority of the crimes we hear about or that are widely covered occur in the United States. That isn’t to say that crimes don’t happen elsewhere, we just don’t hear about them quite as much. On September 28th 1926 a serial rapist and killer was hanged to death for his crimes. And, while he murdered at least 7 and has been theorized to have raped over 100 others, not many even know his name. Sataro Fukiage Hanged (1926)

Would it stop them from becoming serial and spree killers? On September 22nd 1980 a man took his first victim. A man who, 14 days before his spree killing began, attempted and failed to get help for his paranoid schizophrenia. Joseph Christopher’s First Kill (1980)
