Kariss Farris is a mom, wife, photographer, and blogger working with her husband. She met her now husband in college and had a different vision for her life. She was always focused on arts and graphics - but her husband helped her to see a new passion - photography. That passion has now become a part of their calling as a couple.
Kariss and her husband, Josh, are now working together and parenting together daily and have figured out what works for them. They didn't start off smoothly - in the beginning there was a time of transition and growing pains.
They were able to overcome and push past issues pertaining to possession over the business and having different direction and vision for the business. These communication tricks that Kariss and her husband used could help in any relationship: they got help, defined their roles, and are making it work so that each of them are happy.
Perfection is unattainable and there's no such thing as balance, only priorities.

Kariss carves out time in her schedule so that she can focus on the priority in front of her. As for mom guilt - she doesn't indulge in it.
I realize that mom guilt is a choice, and I can choose not to allow satan to tell me I'm not good enough in a certain area.
