Sorry I left ya hangin last week! Looks like being a super mom and juggling alllllllla the things just isn't for me. The icky feeling of overwhelm started to creep in and I had to adjust quick. Moving forward, this podcast will release episodes on a BIWEEKLY basis instead of a weekly basis moving forward.
Now for todays topic, I wouldn't to chat a little about guilt.
Whether its feeling like we're doing TOO much, or not enough, it can really get us down.
Sometimes we have to restructure things and thats okay.
The great thing as moms, we learn to adapt, because we have to!
