Our challenge for you this week: Don’t be afraid to experiment! Recognize what things may be distracting you from not accomplishing your goals, possibly eliminate or minimize it, and you’ll see what happens over time!

We also give some advice in how we can try our best to get around this very problem, by time-blocking for certain activities, keeping our phones in a separate room, and, if you’re able to, planning your next day the night before.
